Be very careful with this company. Make sure you READ everything they require you to sign. DON'T take the salesman at his word. They will lie to you. Pity, because their customer service is very good, the platform is strong, (very few problems) and the fees are reasonable.

I was sent to Fortis by my Point of Sale team. Jim Gustafson went out of his way to help me get set up. Fortis has integrated perfectly with my system and their support team was great. I had a couple of issues running some cards and when I called, they had the problem solved in no time.

They have the craziest highest fees I've ever seen for a service I wasn't even using! Ill never use them ever again! I saved about 200 dollars a month by switching to signa pay!

I spoke to a very nice agent who took all my information and told me I would be receiving information via my email either the date of my call or the next day. I guess it’s not his fault b utt nothing was ever received. He was coordinating with another area.
