I am filing this formal complaint and review regarding my order with Foshan Kisen Home Limited for a head spa unit with a fumigator. I paid over $900 CAD for this equipment, only to discover that other suppliers like Green Life sell the exact same unit for $600 to $700 CAD with free shipping. Despite paying a premium, Foshan Kisen Home Limited wrapped and shipped the item without conducting any quality control checks, delivering a unit that arrived physically scratched, damaged, and with a completely non-functional, dead-on-arrival fumigator. Furthermore, they are dishonoring their advertised one-year warranty by demanding an additional $130 USD from me to replace the parts they shipped broken, forcing a salon owner to pay for their negligence. They completely ignored my repeated complaints sent prior to the 30-day window, used delay tactics, and failed to conduct any investigation into their damaged shipment. I demand a full refund or an immediate, free replacement of all damaged parts, and I strongly advise Alibaba Case Management to hold Foshan Kisen Home Limited accountable while warning all salon owners to avoid purchasing from this supplier. I demanded a refund through Alibaba. Scratches. On my item damaged fumigator. Rediculous customer service

My wife was the one who first suggested I should look into buying furniture in China. At first, I was pretty skeptical, but after doing some research, I decinded to give it a try. I'm glad I did, and I'm especially thankful to Foshan furniture for making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

I want to thank Foshan.Furniture for help me buy everything what I needed for my home. At first, I come across a TikTok video saying that Foshan has many furniture factories and you can get designer furniture more cheaper than in my region. I did research and was planning buy just furniture in China. But after speaking with representative from Foshan.Furniture, I realize I can also buy textiles, tiles and even bathroom fixtures there. In the end, the prices was really lower than in my region, even with shipping. What surprise me most was that many things I saw in China just not sold in my country yet. China turn out to be more advanced in this field.
The whole process, include production and approval with photo and video updates, took around 60 days. I stayed in China only 5 days during that time. When shipment arrived, everything was in perfect condition, no any complaints. The Foshan.Furniture representative always was available and reply quickly, even with time difference.
If you consider to go Foshan to buy everything for your interior, here is my advice: send your design project or mood board with examples before you coming. There are really countless factories and showrooms (seriously, Foshan is city of 10 million people), and be prepared make selection process much more easy.
