On 04.20.26, I was a guest at the Four Points by Sheraton located at 3520 North Desert Drive
Atlanta, Georgia. I was there for less than 12 hours and had a terrible experience on the property. My car, as well as over 10 others, was broken into. It was a classic "smash & grab" type situation. Yes, I understand situations like this happen, but I have never been faced with the most incompetent staff. No one knew the process or what forms to complete. I don't understand why you have a front desk staff member overnight, and they don't monitor things. RICO was the overnight staff, and he didn't see anything. Maybe he was sleeping or just chilling on duty (it's a long story for another day). One of the vehicles was right in front of the front door - if you know the property, there are handicapped parking spaces right out front. The morning front desk clerk was sweet, but she lacked experience. She was hung out to dry with little help from the manager, who stayed behind closed doors most of the time. The other staff we spoke to said their property gets hit every other day!!! You would think someone in upper management would make the decision to employ security. There are three to four (or more) cameras at the rear of the building, BUT what good are they if no one is viewing them!
They offered little assistance and said there were signs posted advising us to be careful. I am so upset with this location. The rooms were OK, but the situation around parking has got to be addressed.
If you stay, DO NOT park onsite or use the shuttle.

11/1-26 Tørt Kage

11/1-26. Efter en gåtur på havnen, ville vi op for at få en kop kaffe og en kage. Vi bestilte et stykke sirupskage, det var så tørt at vi knap kunne skære det over med en kagegaffel. Vi afleverede kagen igen og sagde de nok skulle fjerne resten fra montren. Hun spurgte om vi ville have et andet stykke, det takkede vi nej til, det var jo lige så tørt. Ingen refusion for det kage vi ikke spiste. så 2 kopper kaffe for 150 kr. Det er vist lige i overkanten.

En blandet oplevelse

Hvad er det med hoteller og høj musik i reception/lounge/restaurant til morgenmad KL 6 OM MORGENEN?
Four points flex by Sheraton i Hillerød er desværre ingen undtagelse.
Jeg spurgte endda en medarbejder, om der kunne skrues bare lidt ned, hvilket hun sagde, at hun ville gøre med det sammme - men ingenting skete - det er er da bare øv.
Og for én der elsker at starte sin morgen roligt, er det desværre et stort minus.

At vi så også havde udfordringer med at tjekke ind lø d. 27.12.25 og måtte ringe til deres hovednummer, da vi ankom mell. kl 18-19 til en lukket reception og der ikke var blevet sendt en info mail til os om ændrede åbningstider for reception/tjek ind - ej heller åbenbart ændrede tidspunkter for morgenmaden mellem jul og nytår - gør det ikke bedre.
Hvad der til gengæld er dejligt, er en simpel men ganske udemærket morgenmad samt gode senge og dyner, roen på værelset og et meget lækkert badeværelse - en behagelig comfort der heldigvis er med til at opveje helhedsindtrykket.

Brighton Hotel Laundry Trucks Deliver at 5.00 am and The Manager Doesn't Care!

The Marriot group own this hotel now. We have been staying there since it was family owned and it has gone down hill. We stayed for 6 nights in a sea view room. The hotel thinks it is a good idea to deliver laundry in a huge truck at 5.00 am. and then drag several trolleys of laundry into the hotel for half an hour. The manager couldn't care less and although this did not happen when the hotel was family owned, we were told that housekeeping needs the laundry at 8.00 am so their is nothing they can do!

Breakfast is a a joke. We are plant based and toast and jam was all that was available. Even the hotel staff agreed. When the hotel was family run we had a full plant based English breakfast included in the room cost. Won't be staying there again. Such a shame.

Ikke pengene vær… !

Vi boede 4 nætter i Vejle.
Stedet ligger super flot ved havnen men det også det…
Ellers ligger det meget ødet hvis man ikke har bil.
Surt personale!
Noget af maden var for gammelt ved morgenmaden, sengene virkelig hårde og ligge på.
Intet sted og pakke sin kuffert ud henne, vi på talte der var meget beskidt og de sendte en rengøring men det hjalp intet, tomme sæbe beholder og intet nyt håndklæde skift.

Perfect Modern Airport Hotel

Stayed one night at the Kenya Nairobi Airport branch before flying back to the UK the next day. It was disappointing that I couldn't extend my check out time as my flight was an evening one, but apart from that the service was great, very friendly and helpful staff everywhere in the hotel. The hotel is light bright and refreshing, with a handy business lounge that was a great quiet space for catching up on some work/reading - thanks to the reception staff for recommending I use this on the first floor. The breakfasts was great, and the fth floor African restaurant is a great vibe and really beautifully presented dishes. The gift shop has some lovely unique items and the rooms were more than comfortable, lovely bed/mattress and plenty of good lighting and space.
Being right next to the airport it took no time at all for the hotel concierge to drop me off at departures....about a 5 min drive.

Lad os starte med det positive. Ingen problemer rent personalemæssigt. Men gammelt hotelværelse, min kuffert med tøj lugtede af mug allerede efter en overnatning. Ingen skabe overhovedet. Meget sparsomt belysning, ingen form for underholdning eller aktiviteter. Ikke egnet for børnefamilier. Morgenmaden meget skuffende, dårlig kaffe og jeg kunne sagtens blive ved. Der er en seng, såkaldt dobbeltseng, men kun 140 cm bred og madrasserne totalt lagt ihjel. Vi kommer ikke igen, ligesom aldrig...

Blunt, Poor, Customer Delivery

Booked through Wowcher in regards to stay in the Four Points by Sheraton in Edinburgh.
Due to circumstances of a family member taken ill and being hospitalised, unfortunately me and my Fiance was unable to attend on the date booked, which i bought for his 30th Birthday which was surprise. Donna, Sales Manager, could only provide till the end of March to re-book in which due to the un known circumstances given i was unable to do so.
I understood the terms and conditions, hence why i got intouch to see if any further help could be provided.
I did not get a response for 4 days, I checked in on the 3rd day, which i am aware you have to wait up until 72 hours for a response, and the only response i got back was so blunt and short today, i was quite shocked, considering how much of a big and well known company this is.
Stating 'no quibbles' for a refund, i find that quite in considerate again given circumstances above.

Someone who has many years worth from a background of hospitality and customer delivery i was quite taken back from it.

So, just a heads up, if anyone has any issues as an emergency, you will not be taken into consideration.

Terrible customer service

Do not stay at this hotel!!

I made a booking with this hotel through booking.com -Pay On Arrival. On the afternoon of my arrival they cancelled my booking via email saying my card had been declined by the bank as it had expired - it hadn’t. I phoned the hotel who assured me that it would be fine as my booking was Pay on Arrival. However when i did arrive I was told my reservation had been cancelled because my card had been declined. This is completely untrue. I later checked with my bank who confirmed that no application for payment had been made and my card had not been declined.
The hotel told me they were fully booked (despite rooms being available on booking platforms at more money than I had paid) so I had to find alternative, more expensive accommodation. I would never stay there again.

AVOID MARRIOTT

Four Points by Sheraton San Diego Downtown Little Italy
According to Marriott, property has been closed since 1/15/24.

I booked a reservation in November 2024 for 1/30/25 - 2/2/25 and just today 1/21/25 found out the hotel is closed. No one called, text, or emailed me of this closure and cancellation of my reservation.

I contacted Marriott customer service directly who was not helpful at all or apologetic for the lack of communication of my reservation being canceled and the hotel closing. They only offered to rebook me at a different hotel for TWICE the rate I originally paid for. They refused to honor the same price I paid for this hotel when I booked months ago in November.

Very unacceptable and poor customer service from Marriott. They have officially lost my business. Do not book with Four Points or any Marriott property they do not care about providing guests with good service.

Shame on you, Marriott!
