Amazing selling process
Sent my jewellery they let me know when received and gave me updates. it got checked then I received the payment within an hour of accepting. Definitely use again.

Who knew that Jewellers dealt in exquisite fragrance. Following a recent visit to South Africa 's Western Cape I was intoxicated by Cape Islands Summer Vineyard Fragrance and found that Foxhills Jewellers were suppliers in the UK. I immediately ordered 3 sets of liquid soap, hand cream and room diffuser. They arrive quickly and beautifully packaged. My whole house reminds me of the beautiful Cape of South Africa and my Daughter being a Master of all things wine related has also been indulged with this fabulous fragrance.

Tiffany Necklace and Bracelet
I purchased a necklace and bracelet fo my daughter for her 21st birthday and wasn’t happy from the outset with the items as they appeared faulty but I was told that was how the were supposed to look.
The necklace broke a few days later and I was told it was my daughters fault I am still waiting for a refund
The communication is poor and unprofessional an they have not took responsibility for the item which was clearly sold faulty

Thank you for your review.
As previously confirmed, the necklace was not faulty at the time of delivery. You advised us that your daughter had attempted to manipulate the necklace and that it subsequently broke. Based on this information, the damage was not due to a manufacturing defect.
Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to repair the necklace free of charge. We appreciate that occasionally items can become damaged, and we were happy to offer this solution to resolve the matter amicably.
We would also like to clarify that no fault was raised in relation to the bracelet.
Given that we have honoured the return, agreed to a free repair, and remained responsive throughout, we feel the review left does not fully reflect the actions we have taken to resolve this matter.
We remain committed to providing fair and reasonable customer service and are pleased that we have been able to offer a repair solution which you agreed to prior to leaving your review.
