Stay away from this service. They failed to provide the rewards they promised for leaving feedback and have been pressuring me to change my honest review from 1 star to 5 stars in exchange for the additional reseller account they initially offered. Despite sending numerous emails, I’ve been completely ignored.
This issue was supposed to be resolved by Monday, 30 October 2023, within a timeframe of 3-5 days, but nothing has been done. Additionally, they have not provided the SSL as promised and manipulated the advertisement without addressing any of my concerns. Their support has been appalling, and my honest review reflects this poor service.
If they had resolved my issues professionally and provided excellent service, I would have gladly given them 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating.
This version maintains a professional tone while clearly expressing your dissatisfaction and the specific issues you faced.

I have emailed you guys number of time even have requested to speak to your CEO and the Hierarchy Manager but have not been Put thought to them either. Denis had asked me to do the same thing and the has been ignoring and he is fully aware of this since day one. The most recent one even after multiple follow up he hasn't bothered responding back and resolving my issues. Every time I make sure that the more you draw attention to your brand, the more it pays off in the future. This platform has great capabilities that make it a very worthy tool for promoting the actual business on the Internet.
How do I personally use this product:
I use this tool to create as simple and convenient as possible a large number of beautiful and short links that I like, our customers like and supports the brand.
What I liked especially:
1. Branding. Customers see that they are switching to a reliable source.
2. An increase in the number of clicks, due to an increase in trust.
3. Each link is encrypted using HTTPS.
4. Mass shortened URLs.
5. Traffic statistics. You can track statistics by day, as well as detailed information on each click, starting from the source from where the user clicked on your link.
6. UTM tags. A convenient way to shorten the link and insert the necessary utm tags for your analytics into it.
7. Generate QR codes. Create QR codes for advertising campaigns.
8. Temporary link. If you want to create time-limited access for your users, then you can set the link lifetime if you don't want it to be live for a very long time.
9. A convenient extension in Google chrome that will make your life easier.
10. Very responsive support. I received very quick and clear answers to all the questions.
11. Acceptable pricing. This is really a very affordable offer. There is a completely free version.
12. Nothing superfluous. Simple, clean design.
13. Not a bad roadmap, which also has a lot of interesting and useful things.
A separate point would like to highlight that you can add an unlimited number of CNAMEs.
What I wanted to pay attention to:
1. I would really like to be able to work together with the team.
In general, this tool fully covers my needs. I recommend it!
