Seriously disappointed with foxy and I think after today will never play foxy again. On several occasions now I have been duped out of winnings, (whether be cash or foxy dollars), when try speak to someone about it all they can tell me is the previous winnings before the one I am complaining about. My issue is never rectified and after first ever big win which was £14000 on gala 3 yrs ago (which was successfully paid out) if I was duped out of winnings this big I don't know how I would get over that, so dair to say best not to risk it and never play foxy again

Absolutely shambolic in terms of transparency. I decided to open an account (I should have read Trustpilot first; in the light of what I have seen on the site I would never have entertained the idea). I was refused, no reasons given, they declined when asked to give a reason and just kept reiterating their right to refuse. I have read every word of their terms and conditions and I cannot see where I am in breach. I have requested their complaints procedure multiple times (not to complain per se about not being able to open an account - I am extremely glad now that I haven't - but about their lack of transparency) and this has not been forthcoming. They seem to lack an understanding that having a complaints procedure in place and available is actually a legal requirement not an optional extra. Their responses are a masterclass in stonewalling
