Suspended my account for no reason (apparently you have to stay a member of their discord to artificially boost their member count otherwise they suspend you), then when I pointed out the issue with the silly rule, they behaved like children, then banned me from the Discord server.

Don't waste any money with these kids, go to a real business run by adults, as they may just suspend/ban you at any time for no reason.

This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with any company ever. I was having trouble with the server i was trying to create with them so when i asked for help on their discord they gave me a 24 hour timeout from their server for "not being able to read"
do not even consider using them, they are a horrible company with even worse customer support

I have started it using this month and it has been horrible! I own a 5000 member community on discord which needs a specific discord bot to manage it.

I was very confused how to use it so i decided to ask their staff and did i get a response ? No
They just decided to ignore me and refused provide any information or guides.

What is even crazy is that the owner is banning people that didnt understand something and calling them insults which is dissapointing.

Now lets talk about the free hosting.
I have used it for my bot and it barely even runs a package install! Yeah i cant even install ONE python package, it only has about 25% cpu unlike the other hosting provider that i used.

Honestly i wouldnt even complain if the owner and his support team wouldnt be that rude, unprofessional and greedy.

Please improve your hosting or just shutdown the free tier because it really sucks or atleast dont even call your self a good provider bro….

So it appears while their TOS is clear, if an error occurs or you accidentally upload a file like tebex, your server automatically gets deleted and your account gets suspended without a warning. There are no backups, no way to get your account un-suspended, i should've acted when i saw the host has less than 4 stars.
It is a free host so in the end, what do they have to lose. They only make a penny from ads but still.. not worth it.

Edit for the response: i was pinged and before i could respond i was perma banned, which is whatever but sure.
Why i wrote this review is because this system is automatic with no way of cancelling your suspension or even an hour long time window to retrieve your files. If an accident, an error or something else occurs all of your data is gone therefore i have determined the host is not reliable to use.
While aware of the TOS accidents can happen, and the current system tells you to screw off in that scenario.

I am using fps server hosting for 5 days creating lifesteal server on fps without any lag and other issues with free 4gb almost 24/7 hybrid model and unlimited player space .

The staff are very rude, they do not respect anyone and do not treat you kindly even if you have a subscription plan. It is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I do not deny that they have a good hosting service, but it is full of problems both inside the site and including the control panel suddenly crashing and no one can help you. In addition, you will not be automatically added to the Discord server and you cannot join it in any way. Do not think about making friends on the Discord server because they will continue to make fun of you. Their ban on some countries was a racist decision that has no justification. I hosted a Telegram bot and they banned me from this platform and I asked to restore my files and they banned me from the discord server, I can only say 0/10

It was very good except the login u take so much time to login there are no cookes for the login so u are gonna have to login every 5 hours makes it kinda painfull to do that all thought it's worth it for the 24/7 server running

I have been actively using fps.ms since April 12th of this year and me and my friends have been surprised by the performance of the servers as we've used another host before (I'm not going to say its name but it has millions of users) and we were impressed by the performance of a server on here compared to a server on the other host.
The owner is also really nice and helpful, he even helped me out in a few situations where I didn't know how to fix my problem

Dude, worst free hosting services I ever experienced, ZTX is way better, also falixnodes, and many more, and staff is nice there, not like fps, the worst support ever, dont get me wrong the server is running fine, but not worth giving them data, they all are rude.

REALLY BAD HOST, RUDE STAFF DO NOT JOIN THEY ARE USING THEIR POWER.

They have good servers, don't get me wrong on that but they will NOT help you with anything. The server isn't starting and I'm asking for support and all they say is "read the docs" and I read them all and I couldn't find a solution. After that, I wanted to report the issue to the team but they said it wasn't an issue and I was just wrong. Would not recommend, even if you get payed tier. Other services like BisectHosting or ApexHosting are much better alternatives with better support.

The free servers are very good, they offer good specs for free and it does have some downsides but its overall not that bad. If you buy premium which is like 2 euros or even less/more not sure, all the downsides go away and they don't even scam, legit host and what more can be said about such a good service.

Tbh It's the best hosting site i have ever saw. I have gone through many hosting sites but was not able to stick with one but this site changed it. I was just really amazed

the site is well done, and allows for many features and functionality. It also allows for almost every aspect for making a server available! If I had found this earlier, I would've still used it today.
