I wish I could give them more stars!!!!The customer service is unmatched. They were very helpful in assisting me out of my timeshare that I inherited from my father. Everything was handled with care and speed. I will be referring everyone I know to them!
Matt was super helpful (and easy on the eyes)! My sister and I are grateful for everyone who essentially held our hand through the process. Trust in this industry isn't easy. Now that we are out of our timeshare we would for sure recommend this company 10 times over!
Ps your travel program is amazing!
What a great group. I went into their meeting back in February, already had tried to use another company to get out and lost the money for that. These guys were so patient with me, walked me through the whole process and kept in touch with updates on where they were at. And here we are, almost 6 months later and I just got confirmation that I no longer own my timeshare! I was apprehensive at first, but they consistently reassured me. If you want out of your timeshare, these folks are the ones to use. Thank you Fractional Owner Solutions team, I will forever be grateful to you getting me out of that headache.
