Ordered product, but never received goods. A total scam

Scammers - placed order & then email saying it was being processed, then in a UK Clearing Centre, then whilst tracking order, it said it was delivered. There never, ever was a delivery. Avoid this Company.

They are a bunch of scammers. I ordered an item to tackle my tinnitus. A different item arrived and they said it had been rebranded ! Their item and its packaging clearly comes from a central source in china. It is so annoying that these companies can advertise one thing and send you another ??!! Avoid at all costs.

Communication was ok and product did arrive but absolutely rubbish - claimed to help tinnitus (more fool me for falling for it!). It’s like olive oil!! It’s a lie that company is based in UK - product dispatched from China.

They do not provide what is advertised but cheap stuff front China. Then ask for photos of what is delivered. Why they need photos they should know what is delivered. Avoid this sham company

I ordered some cream based on an advert that seemed to be telling me I can't live without this. It shows the cream being used on skin tags, blemishes, and other skin issues, so like a lemon I ordered a tube at £24.99 and had to wait at least two to three weeks. When I finally got it it was worse than useless. I've nearly finished it and it has done absolutely nothing. I will say one thing for the company the customer service is quite good. They do answer promptly but the product isn't as advertised. They're probably laughing all the way to the bank

I ordered some stuff but I never got it however I paid for express delivery they take me 39 quid .
Whene I make my search in google I found that they sell clothes not product for bladder.
But interesting that once they answer my messege acking me to keep waiting no if I don’t get the final answer for my money I will call the bank to do their job.

Ordered Prosixo from Fradell who advertises this product as fast UK delivery. Turns out not UK, posted from China. Tracking number eventually supplied for Yodel but Yodel website site does not recognise tracking. Ordered 23rd Feb eventually get out for delivery message 10th April. (Fast uk delivery) joke.open packet to find wrong item delivered. They say identical components in supplied item but still live advert for Prosixo on line. Not opened any of supplied products apart from packaging it arrived in . But refused items as not what I ordered they say cannot accept returned items as I opened the package all seals in tact on 5 containers there offer 20% refund absolute joke. Would not award 1 star but nothing lower. They are at fault not sending correct item Ordered but not allowing return. Advert says full refund if not totally satisfied. Also joke.

Ordered Verruclear for removal of Warts stated would remove in 2 weeks , I in advertently got sucked into doubling order , emailed to say I only required initial order and not doubling, they stated it was too late and that I would be able to return for refund.
Reported after 2 weeks cream does not remove as stated and requested a 100% refund as offered by website, but am getting the run around.
They stated they will not refund in full and will only refund on unused product and I have to bear the cost of returning to China
Feel very angry this has cost just under £90 money as a pensioner I can ill afford.
How can they state they have 60,000 five star reviews on Trust Pilot and advertise thru Facebook etc

Disgraceful, fraudulent company. Like others, I was sent the wrong product and, having returned it to their 'Return to' address, tracked so that I know they have received it, they are refusing to reimburse me, saying I should have requested a Returns Label to return the package to China - the parcel came from Hounslow!! Beware everyone, do not buy from these crooks.

This company is still , as of today, still advertising Prosixo, and sending out docteat, which they say is the same product, just renamed. i have asked for a returns label, they say they do not have any, and i would have to pay return postage to China myself. They say , on their site, that they pay for return postage if they send the wrong item- this is not the case ! All i can get from them is a 50% refund. This has been going on for 3-4 weeks now

This group is untrustworthy at all. Don’t be misled by the name as UK company. It’s located in china. My experience with them is fake products, late shipments, never allow for returns. Misleading information about their products. When you buy from them it’s a total ripoff.

Like everyone else has said, if I could I wouldn't give a one star rating. Ordered an oral spray(IronXcel) and received a spray that is applied to the skin and can't be swallowed and a totally different name. Waste of time and money and being told to pay for the return to China, it wasn't worth the effort. And yet it was supposedly a UK based company. Never use this company.!

Ordered what they say is magic oil to help loose skin, absolute rubbish doesn’t do anything apart from leave you feeling oily. Don’t waste your money

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I ordered ThyroHerb and received Liver Complex. They said it was the same product, which it's not, and said it was my responsibility to pay the return shipping to China. This is a completely dishonest company and I would not recommend using them!

Do not buy from this company!!!!! Offers fast delivery nearly a month on and im still waiting on the product.wish I could award minus stars as 1 star is way to generous

I ordered the product on 19 Dec 2025. However, up to now I don’t receive the product yet. Their track page is suck because I can’t track the progress of delivery. I emailed to their customer services and just got the reply telling me to wait patiently. What the absurd service

They shortened my address and actually completely changed the postcode. Hence I have never received the item. I have contacted them so many times, yet they do nothing. Thankfully the Royal Mail can see their error as the address they used does not exist. But Fradall have been really poor .Offering nothing and telling me to chase it, even though it is clearly their error. I will never use this company again.

Hello, the email I got said my package came to our home, we live in a gated neighbor homes , it never came or did the post master that brings our mail never saw it , be where folks

I ordered Prosixo prostate supplements from Fradall but received a different product. Fradall claimed that it was Prosixo but just rebranded. I aked them to provide the full spec from the manufacturer but this they never did and they did not refund.
Today they are running the very same advert as previously with Prosixo clearly named and Identified.
