I had left a 2 star review when I first received it because the bottle was scuffed upon arrival and although customer service was responsive, their process was cumbersome. They required that I sign up for an account before I could get to a page I was instructed to go to. I did not want to sign up. Luckily customer service over email was responsive, and I was offered a small discount for the faulty aesthetics. After 3 months of use, I am VERY HAPPY with the quality of the bottle. From previous reviews I notice that they seem to be quick to respond to feedbacks. For example, spouts are now sprung with a release, instead of having to be lifted up with your naked, and may often be dirty, fingers. While only a short time ago this was an issue, it is no longer an issue now. The quality of the build is exceptional. STANLEY CUP WHO. FRANK GREEN IS SO MUCH BETTER. Note that I am not trying to maintain a steady temperature of liquid in my bottle. Just room temperature spring water.

Terrible customer service and new bottle quality is poor.
Previously I’ve liked my Frank Green bottles as they keep water cool. Received a bottle that was a dud, ice +water melting within 2 hours compared to my other bottle that lasts all day. Requested a replacement and was met with rude slow replies blaming me and suggesting I buy a sleeve. Their warranty means nothing. Expensive piece of rubbish.

I ordered a customised drink bottle for my daughter’s birthday and was sent the wrong coloured lid. After many emails and pictures of the lid Frank Green customer service advisor, Erin, decided that it was just lighting that made the lid look a different colour !!! and that it was basically to bad !!!!!
Pathetic, don’t bother with frank green products they are over rated !

Ordered from the .co.uk site only to find the bottles are travelling all the way from Australia!!

Really disappointed. Wouldn’t ever order again :( plenty other cheaper or similarly priced bottles that don’t have such bad carbon footprint

I loved this bottle at first. But the design doesn't allow you to take it apart meaning it gets filthy and not able to clean it. I've tried soaking in baking soda and vinegar like they suggested, but it still looks like there is algae growing in it! Eventually I managed to pull it apart to clean it but now it doesn't work. They suggest getting a new lid, but this seems ridiculous.

I was really upset about the quality of the drink bottle as when I first got the drink bottle I had the sipper lid and the seal thing around the straw stopped working so when I took sips from it it got heaps of air stuck between the water. I was really disappointed about this as it costed a lot of money and it broke after three months. After my lid broke I started using the lid from my mums frank green coffee cup that fitted on my drink bottle and today I accidentally dropped my drink bottle and the whole lid cracked into two pieces!! I have heard this issue happening to other people as well. Another issue I had with the drink bottle was it gets scratched so easily like on the box it says you won’t have to worry about it rubbing on other surfaces because it won’t scratch well that’s not true because I had it in a bag with other drink bottles and it got a big scratch on it! Overall I am really really disappointed at the quality of this product and I won’t be purchasing anything from you guys again.

I fill my new Frank Green water bottle with filtered water, that I love the taste of from anything but this drink bottle? My Frank green bottle smells and tastes like chlorine. Why?

Emailed regarding a replacement lid as mine was damaged. They replied within a few hours and gave me a code to order a new lid and shipping free of charge! Super easy to apply the code, they even sent me a link for the lid I needed to make it that much easier.
So far this is definitely my favourite reusable bottle and it keeps my water cold all day (I’ve never tried it with hot liquids)
Personally I recommend these drink bottles, I haven’t tried any other models but the standard 19oz is a winner in my books 🥰

I purchased the French Press and now a little over a year later the plunger is coming apart and the rubber seal is tearing and they do not sell replacement parts for it. So there isn’t anything I can do but purchase a new one. Which goes against what they claim to stand for which is reusing. Very disappointing.

Not the company they used to be! I’ve been a Frank Green customer for years until I bought the emerald green coffee cup which leaks intermittently and the hole is too tiny to drink from.
I struggled to contact them as no phone number which set alarm bells ringing.
I messaged them on social media and was met with total disinterest and asked to send a video …how do you video a drip while you’re drinking !!!
I will never buy from them again and warn everyone to avoid them.

I’ve been using Frank Green for years and loved them up until recently. One of the things I’ve loved about them is their mix and matching styles , the ease of switching and their commitment to making things right.

I’ve not been buying much until this recent month where I bought their mystery box and obtained a bottle that was said to be straw lid friendly. So I used my old straw lid, and it scratched the bottom base of the container. Apparently according to Frank Green it’s a different straw that looks exactly alike to another one. And that’s where I’ve realised the array of parts etc that is required and this mix matching styles no longer works

I’ve asked for help to see if a recompense is reasonable but this declined. I wasn’t too upset by that, though that would have been nice, but rather disappointed about how they've moved as a company to different trends and styles that no longer fit their older items well.

They’ve now become the problem they wish to solve that is an environment waste when kids and straws need to be purchased for specific bottles when in the past each base and lid would work.

It disappointed me to see the company turn this way. I intend to use the product for as long as I can and the scratch on the base now just reminds me how this company has moved so far from what it used to be and what I supported.

Customer service is very disappointing. Don't email back

I ordered a large bottle for £35.99 and absolutely not worth the money. I have had £10 ones from Amazon that stay colder for longer. Wrote to customer service and all they say is that they can't guarantee a length of time it stays cold for however less than 2 hours and the ice melting in the bottle is really poor. For the cost of the bottle I don't see what they are made of as within a few hours even with cold water and lots of ice the water goes warm. That's not even on a sunny day and if it's sunny it's as useful as a plastic bottle. Really poor product

High build quality product. Clean, sleek design aesthetic. Water bottle is a good design. Tea / Coffee cup holds heat well, however the sipping hole could be re-designed with occasional drips left on the lid after sipping. Not the easiest to re-assemble parts after cleaning, however, the ability to do this for cleaning is a useful feature. The cleaning brush for the brass straw should be included with the bottle, particularly for the premium price. They are expensive, and there is better value out there for drinking water and 'keep cups', however, its would be hard to find a better quality and sleeker designed product than Frank Green.

Poor design of lid and straw which accumulates mould/algae.

In an attempt to clean this area I accidentally snapped the straw. The cleaning methods frank green recommended did not work and CANNOT work as no bristle or cloth can reach this area. Hot water and detergent will not access here.

Frank green then recommended to buy a new lid which i did… and same happened again.

I asked for a replacement lid as there is a new design without the lower collection point where the algae/mould builds up. Frank Green responded claiming that I’m not eligible and need to “clean” it better.

We now have a total of 3 x frank green bottles that are health hazards and have all been thrown out.

Will never be buying another product from this company again.

Lid broke within a few months, ordered replacement which also broke within a few months. Not worth the money

The original reusable cup is useless - it leaked from day 1.

After much research I finally decide to invest in the 10z coffee mug and I am sad to say, I am very disappointed. The lid retains water after washing, no matter how much you shake it. You have to take it apart to fully dry and then carefully put it back together piece by piece. I mainly bought the cup for the ceramic lining, however i have found that it not only retains but manages to *mature* the smell of my morning coffee (not in a good way). The only way to get rid of the pungent smell is to soak it each night with bicarbonate, vinegar and hot water. I have learned the hard way that soaking or scrubbing in warm water with dish soap only manages to add an extra layer to the stale coffee odour. I had such high hopes and now I’ve got a smelly cup that I can only use once a day, and only if it’s been throughly soaked with multiple ingredients the night before. To add insult to injury, It doesn’t even keep my drink that hot for that long. I really wanted to like this mug, I’ve tried since Christmas but I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s just not fit for purpose.

Pros- Nice size & feel. Looks nice.
Cons- Instantly retains odours and makes them worse, the smell is very hard to get rid of.

I really should’ve checked this place before placing my order. I ordered the coffee cup with push button lid. The lid leaks all the time. Contacted customer service and spent so much time providing photos and videos as proof and was offered a replacement lid which I had to order from a link provided. The link says the replacement is out of stock and can’t even be ordered. What a joke. Please avoid at all cost.

I bought original reusable cup. I have it for probably around 3 weeks now. The main reason of buying it was to put it in my bag when on my way to work, without being worried of it spilling inside.
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. This is not a leak proof cup. It is leaking from the top where the button is, as well as from the sides. I have to walk holding my cup in my hand and I have to drink without the top on to avoid having my morning tea all over my clothes.
I love the look of this cup, and I wish it worked.
Left this review due to the price I had to pay for it and not receiving what was promised.
