Frankie & Paws makes considered, small-batch wellness supplements for dogs, formulated and made in Great Britain. We focus on three everyday areas of canine wellbeing: calm and behaviour, digestion, and joints and mobility, with a small, carefully chosen range rather than a shelf full of products. The brand began with one dog. Frankie, a tricolour Jack Russell, lived for years with a sensitive stomach, and caring for her shifted our thinking away from quick fixes and towards simple, gut-led nutrition built on ingredients that genuinely earn their place. That approach is now the foundation of everything we make. We believe in transparency. Every ingredient is listed on the back of the pouch, with no artificial colours, flavours or unnecessary fillers. Our supplements are blended and packed in the UK at an FSA-registered facility, using human-grade materials and grass-fed sources where we can, and they are endorsed by our manufacturer's in-house veterinarian. They are complementary feeds, designed to sit alongside good food and, when needed, veterinary care, rather than to replace it. Our current range is True Calm for relaxation and balanced behaviour, Biome Balance for digestive health, and Collagen for joint, skin, coat and gut support. We read every review and genuinely want to hear how your dog gets on. Honest feedback, good or bad, helps us make better products for the dogs who inspire everything we do.

I was recommended Frankie and paws by a friend a few months ago and I can honestly say it’s been a game changer for my dogs health, my dog suffered with dry itchy skin and cost me a fortune in vets bills, after using there collagen product for a few weeks the difference is unbelievable, it’s nice to find a company that actually knows what there doing and has your dogs best interests at heart, highly recommend
If I could give this a 0 star rating I would. The quality of the material is shocking, my dog would rip this within days with one pull on the lead. The name tag is blurry & poor laser work. Was really looking forward to this product, I won’t be using it & as you cannot return I’ll be throwing in the bin. Do not waste your money & go for something like Barbour instead.
We adopted our beautiful boy Snoopy in April when he was 11 months old. From the moment he came into our lives, we absolutely adored him, but it was clear that he was struggling.
Snoopy was extremely anxious and hyperactive. He found it very difficult to settle or switch off, and on top of this, he was also suffering from a skin allergy that was causing him discomfort.
Then we discovered Frankie and Paws — and I genuinely cannot put into words the difference their products have made to our boy.
The change in Snoopy has been incredible. He is so much calmer, happier and more settled, and it feels like we are finally getting to see the dog underneath all of that anxiety. Watching him become more comfortable and content in himself has honestly been amazing.
Frankie and Paws products has saved money with vets trips and prescription medication, the difference has been priceless.
We couldn’t be more grateful 🫶🏻🐾
Not happy with my product. The leads are way to small wouldn't fit a cat let alone a dog
My dog Ty has a very sensitive stomach and we tried many products and supplements, but Biome Balance by Frankie&Paws has stood out by far for being the best and the most fast working.
We are excited to try the true calm next☺️

Thank you so much, Alvise! Sensitive stomachs can be such a journey of trial and error, so to hear that Biome Balance has stood out after everything you've tried for Ty is wonderful, and we're especially pleased it worked quickly for him. We hope you both love True Calm just as much when you give it a go! Give Ty a big fuss from us 💛

We have been using all of the Frankie & Paws range for a while now and can honestly say the difference in our dogs has been amazing. Our older dog has suffered with his tummy for the past few years now and the Biome Balance firmed his poos up practically overnight and he seems very grateful for it! We also have a small mixed breed rescue who was and is still very nervous especially when we go for walks or meet new people, the True Calm has helped a lot and we have found it’s best for her when we pop it on the food in the morning, really sets her up for the day. Both of them love the Collagen and this is usually added to their water bowls to encourage them to drink a bit more.
We can’t recommend enough !

Wow — thank you so much for this fantastic review! It's amazing to hear the whole range is working so well for your two. Poorly tummies in older dogs can be such a worry, so we're thrilled Biome Balance sorted things out so quickly (and that he's grateful — we'll take that!). Your tip about giving True Calm with breakfast is a brilliant one too — starting the day settled really does make all the difference for nervous dogs, especially rescues. And we love that the Collagen is doubling up as encouragement to drink more water — a clever trick! Thank you for such a thoughtful, detailed review; it means so much to us. Ear scratches to them both from us! 💛

I have been using the True Calm product for my small rescue dog who suffers with separation anxiety. She has greatly improved and seems more content in herself, I highly recommend Frankie & Paws. 🌟
Réponse de Frankie and Paws
Thank you so much, Alexandria! Rescue dogs hold such a special place in our hearts, and separation anxiety can be so hard to watch, so hearing that your little one is calmer and more content in herself genuinely means the world to us. That's exactly why we created True Calm. Thank you for recommending us, and please give her a gentle cuddle from us! 💛

I've got 4 Shar-Peis they absolutely love it! We've been using it for a little while now and I've definitely noticed a difference in their coats—they're much shinier and softer—and their skin looks so much better too. Really happy with it and will definitely be buying it again!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! Four Shar-Peis — what a gorgeous gang! 🐾 We're so pleased to hear you've noticed a real difference in their coats and skin, especially as Shar-Peis can be prone to skin sensitivities. Shinier, softer coats all round is exactly what we love to hear. Thank you for your support, and give all four of them a fuss from us!

Our Staffy boy Cooper suffers from an upset tummy, we try to give him the healthiest food available, but nothing ever seems to work. We found Frankie and Paws on Instagram and thought we'd try the biome balance product, having tried lots of other supplements we had nothing to loose. After 2 weeks of use the results are excellent, none of the previous outcomes and his tummy has settled down, and he also seems much happier in himself, so I would recommend this product and I will continue with his treatment.
Réponse de Frankie and Paws
Thank you, Sharon. What a relief it must be to see Cooper's tummy finally settle.
Digestive troubles can be so persistent, and we know how disheartening it is to try product after product without success. We're genuinely glad Biome Balance has made the difference for him, and that he seems happier in himself too. That's exactly what we hope for. Wishing Cooper continued good health, and thank you for recommending us.
With thanks,
Natalie
I have been very happy with the 2 products that I am using. They both love the bone broth and it makes them eat more of their dinner. They are very fussy eaters. I am also using the true calm and I have noticed a difference in Koko. She is a very anxious dog and this is helping her.
Réponse de Frankie and Paws
Thank you, Holly, it's wonderful to hear both products have found a place at mealtimes.
Fussy eaters can be a real challenge, so we're glad the bone broth is tempting them to finish their dinner. And it means a great deal to hear that True Calm is making a difference for Koko. Anxious dogs deserve that bit of extra support, and we're pleased it's helping her settle.
With thanks,
Natalie
Great service , i buy the product for elderly dogs and sprinkle it on the food , excellent product x
Réponse de Frankie and Paws
Thank you, Fiona, we're so pleased it's working well for your elderly dogs.
The sprinkle-on-food approach is exactly how many of our customers use it, and it's lovely to hear it's become part of their daily routine.
With thanks,
Natalie
