I would definitely recommend Franklyn James to others. The whole team came across as a very professional outfit compared to many other estate agents I have been involved with. George, the sales manager at Franklyn James, was particularly proactive in getting my sale through and facilitating discussions between the solicitors. A big thankyou to everyone involved.

Tanzilla Arefin helped me in solving an issue in a professional and quick way

We recently moved out of a property managed by Franklyn James. We had been in the property for 7 years, and FJ always responded promptly to any maintenance issues, as well as organising the tenancy renewal process in good time. The moving out process was also handled very professionally, and we received the deposit very quickly. Would recommend, they were a very refreshing change from the usual awful service from London estate agents!

I have had doubts about renting since it was first time trying out new letting agency Franklyn James.

But that turned out to be the best experience , the best thing turned out to be transparency from the agency and their agents are at their best behaviour ,

Franklyn James have rented my properties for many years, and whilst I get approached from many other agencies, I wouldn't go anywhere else. My properties have pretty much zero void periods, rents are paid on time, and their property management team is tip top in terms of response times and service. I used other agencies in the E14 postcode prior to Franklyn James, and am glad I signed up with them (which is now over 10 years ago). The team have been both exceptional and supportive - Lee Alter, Gary Atkins, Joanna Socko (who have been there forever (which is always a very good sign when you choose an agent). Additionally, I'd also like to mention Tanzila Arefin who has been excellent in carrying out the day to day management of my properties.
Bottom line, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Franklyn James. Great agency. 5*

Horrible customer service experience, I would mention the name if they wouldn’t have refuse to say it, if you are looking to rent a property with them and you are not rich don’t waste your time because they are going to laugh at your situation literally and refuse any offers even if you offer the same price that the property is listed with without even presenting this this to the landlord, discussing, STAY AWAY

the worst possible agency. They treat you like garbage with which they can do whatever want.

Broken, leaking shower reported from me from the beginning of the tenancy, they didn't fix it for 8 months and now I'm guilty of the mug that's on the tub.
