Great customer service and food quality
Great customer service, catering delivery reliable and quality of food great. Lots of choice on the menus for customers to choose from, the only criticism from me is lack of choice of salad platters i.e. no potato, chicken mayo salad which has always been a favourite in our office.

Extremely satisfied customer
So easy to deal with and wonderful food. We ordered sandwiches and scones for a light afternoon snack to accompany drinks after a wedding. Everyone commented that the food was particularly delicious. It was delivered on time in good robust containers. Communication was easy and helpful with quick responses. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I'd never ordered from here before but…
I'd never ordered from here before but the food arrived on time (the time slot was 10-12 and everything arrived by 10am). There was so much variety and a lot of vegan and gluten free options which made everyone so happy! The food was high quality, varied and delicious and everyone was so happy - thank you!

We recently used Frank’s Catering for in-house catering at our office, and we were very impressed with the service.
The food was fresh, well-presented, and enjoyed by all of our team. The setup was seamless, and everything ran smoothly throughout.
Communication in the lead-up to the event was also excellent, making the whole process very easy to manage.
We would be very happy to use Frank’s Catering again and would highly recommend them.

Impressed and recommend
The attendees commented that the lunch was delicious and offered a great variety of gluten free options, which I struggled to find with other well known catering brands. It was a bonus that the lunch came beautifully packaged. I was also impressed by the punctuality of the delivery and ease of ordering. Highly recommend for work/office lunches. It felt great to support a local, independent business and I will be ordering again.
