The service from Franks was exceptional. They were very accommodating when I needed to change the order. It arrived early, brought in with care and beautiful presentation of the food in really nice boxes. Would highly recommend these guys! Everyone at the conference loved the food as well.

I’ve been dealing with Josh, and every time I ask for platter recommendations he responds quickly. The options he’s suggested so far have gone down really well, with hardly any waste. The person who delivers the food is always polite too — even under pressure, he’s happy to bring the box straight into the staff canteen area.
The website is easy to navigate, the platter choices are excellent, and I really appreciate the thoughtful options for more discerning palates. Overall, it’s excellent service from a company that clearly loves food and understands people.

The product was of good quality as well however the price was slightly higher than the market rate, the delivery charge was bit on the higher side too.

Excellent customer service and the food was great. The website is easy to use and very clear. The food was delivered on time, a few hours before the event, as requested. You can phone them up and get the information regarding your order. I cannot fault the service and will use them again.
