Do not order anything from this…

Do not order anything from this company. They will give you a false shipping timeframe and you will not receive your items. It’s been over 5 weeks and their only response is to blame it on Covid supply chain. Enough is enough.

Order somewhere else

Ordered my items in July, it is now pushing mid September and I have been given the run around. I was given 3 (now 4) different timeframes on the delivery. I have ordered from other small businesses that have been experiencing delays from covid, but customer service has been transparent and communicated throughout the entire ordeal… NOT THIS ONE. This is borderline a SCAM! I already had an escalated issue and I get an automated “Hey Angel” response. I should have known NOT TO ORDER from this website from all the reviews— more accurate reviews can be found on the BBB website.

Don't bother with Frasier Sterling

Damn wish I'd gone through Trustpilot before placing my order on Aug 10th.... reading these reviews it all makes sense now. It's now almost a month on and still nothing from them. I'd ordered a necklace for my friend's birthday having already anticipated it wouldn't arrive on time but I didn't expect it would take this long.... I only ordered a necklace with 4 letters on it lol... and god knows how long it will take to ship to the UK. At this point I'm sure I will never see it irl. Already emailed them and asked for a refund but if they won't give me one I'll try to dispute it on PayPal. Now I have to look for another late birthday gift for my friend ...... yikes

Don’t waste your time, not sure you’ll ever get your product

I ordered a necklace that still hadn’t shipped over six weeks after ordering. I had reached out to customer service multiple times who kept assuring me that it would be shipping soon and telling me about their production delays due to covid and such. They kept offering me gift cards each time, I tried to order a sweater with it and although it’s not considered a “custom piece” and said would process within 48 hours, it still had not shipped for over two weeks at which point I asked them to cancel and refund both of my orders. My first order was just a letter necklace, I didn’t realize that was custom either lol. The necklace is just as they sell it, you just select the letter on it. They don’t have these made already with the different letters? Such an annoyance and big waste of time. Not sure what is going on but they don’t seem like they’re capable of selling and getting any product to anyone right now. Only reason I’m giving them two stars is bc their customer service was still quite responsive and I appreciate that, especially in this mess of a situation with them.

I ordered a necklace on June 3rd and as of today, August 3rd, I still do not have the necklace nor have I received a tracking number. I was told after 4 weeks, which is the max waiting period stated on their confirmation email, that "due to global supply chain issues" it still hadn't shipped. On July 14th I emailed again and was told that my order was NEXT TO SHIP from their warehouse. On July 22nd, still nothing, so I emailed again and was given a new excuse, this time "the employees had covid the last two weeks", so not a single person "was available to pack the orders" - which I think is just that - an excuse. During all this email communication, I was first offered a $25 gift card, then a $50 gift card - neither of which I used. It's been exactly two months, and I could not be more annoyed that I have no updates on the order whatsoever. The response team is very kind, but also make it clear they don't care about how long I've had to wait and they have given me zero indication of when the order will ship, which makes no sense to me. Whether I ever receive the necklace I ordered two months ago or not, it will absolutely never be ordering from there again.

I’m starting to think this company is scamming people. I ordered June 3. I messaged them on when I could expect a shipping notice a few weeks after I ordered, and they told me beginning of July I should receive the product. Still nothing.

Fantastic Service

My experience was extremely positive, beautiful freebies, and relatively fast shipping considering supply chain issues still stemming from COVID and increases in shipping due to gasoline prices. Love the items I bought, I wear them daily!

I’ve been waiting for over six weeks to…

I’ve been waiting for over six weeks to receive an item and they just respond by giving future credits for future purchases. I don’t want future credits - I want the item I paid for already or a refund.

Don’t bother. You’ll never get your item. Total scam.

The Jewlery is both Lovely and Unique

The jewlery is both lovely and unique. I bought earrings, rings and necklaces, and I am happy with all of them. The customer service is great. No problem if an item is broken or not to your liking. They will replace it. I am happy to recommend this company.

Ordered a customized necklace over a month ago and I messaged them through IG they told me it was custom order and it can take up 4 weeks. On 5 weeks now and messaged them again and they state they have supply chain issues and that became a problem the last few weeks mind you the communication was a week a part. Now its 2 different stories. They offered me gift card $ 25.

I ordered two rings months and months…

I ordered two rings months and months ago and had not recieved anything, no emails or updates, from the company so I emailed them just asking for a refund at that point they send an email saying they just sent it out after months of waiting with no apology. I am still waiting now with no updates, no emails and no refund. It’s a waste of time and money do not bother.

Horrible service. As nice as the jewelry may be it is not worth waiting 9 weeks for. Then ordering a non customized piece and waiting a month. It’s awful.

Fun fashion jewelry! This is not fine jewelry, but absolutely cute and what I expected. One of my earrings came damaged and they shipped out a replacement and free gift same day. Great customer service.

I ordered the personalised necklace…

I ordered the personalised necklace from them which is beautiful however has broke before I have even worn it, suggesting that the quality is poorly made I also live in the UK so it is too much of a fuss to return so I am now stuck with broken necklace which wasn’t cheap.

Great customer service and exchange process

I had a great experience with this store. Customer service was really responsive and helpful. I got a ring that didn't fit, so I reached out to exchange it. I did not have to mail back the initial one, and I was dispatched a new one that day. Really made me feel seen! That can be hard with online stores. I'll be a repeat customer.
