Ordered online and items came in good time and in good order. Hoping the darche swags are as good as Freddy's service.

Placed my order for an item that was stated 'In stock'. Received confirmation email but no dispatch email.
After almost a week I had to contact Freddys only to be told that there was a mistake made & the item was in fact 'out of stock'.
If I had not of followed this up how long would it of been before I was informed.
Very poor form.

We had an issue with a product and this team would have to be one of the best we've experienced in a long time. Absolutely no problem from their end. Communication was speedy. A real standout with customer service.

I have bought quite a few items now from Freddys to be delivered. Always come well packed, as quick as can be at the moment, as if there is a problem they call to arrange a alternative. Will be back.

I have been shopping with Freddy’s for a while. The only downside is that they use Fastway and Toll for shipping. You will not receive your online orders on time. The packages are poorly handled.

I ordered online some camping chairs. After 4 weeks, no shipping information or order update received.

Ordered a gazebo 3 weeks before Xmas that was "in stock". Emailed 2 weeks or so later to see when item would ship. They called and said they were out of stock. This almost ruined my Xmas plans, but thanks to TentWorld, I got the item I needed. Won't be coming back here again. TentWorld, Snowys, BCF, even Anaconda are better.

Preordered a sleeping bag late November for mid December delivery.
90% sure the listing said "order now, guaranteed delivery before Christmas"
But their customer service says otherwise. Item description still says DEC Delivery.
Product was not shipped until 3rd of January. I rang customer support and they were not very helpful and only offered me a refund and return of the product! I was expecting a discount code or voucher for the inconvenience instead of an empty promise!
