Lost a veneer on a Friday night couldn’t believe I could visit this lovely modern clean, clinic the next day and, Dr Muhammad repaired it for me, and noticed a tiny other issue which he rectified for me at no extra cost. I was in for half an hour. Not a cheap experience but when you have a service that’s opened 7 days a week and you are distressed about your appearance it’s so worth it. Thank you to all the staff.

Great dental clinic with emergency care
Excellent service and very professional staff. The clinic is clean, modern, and welcoming. The dentist was attentive and made the whole treatment smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Easy to access appointment. Priced at £95 a consult, I felt this was rather expensive as I was in the consultation room less than 4 minutes. Wasn’t given clear safety netting advice regarding when may need to seek further care if suggested treatment did not improve symptoms/ if symptoms worsened.

Awful experience and a complete rip-off.
I paid £95 to have my broken tooth examined, but the appointment lasted barely three minutes. After a quick look, I was simply discharged and told to contact a cosmetic dentist for the actual repair — despite the clinic’s own website advertising several treatments for broken teeth.
Overall, I felt misled and wasted both my time and money.

Dr Muhammad was very kind, gentle and efficient and I felt completely at ease.

Absolutely awful attitude.

I called on a Friday at 5pm because my 12 year old daughter had knocked a chip out of her front tooth. The receptionist was adamant he didn’t care and that the dentist wanted to finish at 6pm.

The receptionist was asked to check with the dentist if they would stay on for a small amount of time past 6pm because it was a child and we could be there in 20 minutes - refused!

Zero ethics, morals or common decency.

Visited due to severe wisdom tooth pain and received fantastic service. Dentist was friendly and honest, clearly explaining all my options. Treatment was gentle and effective—I felt well cared for throughout. Highly recommend!"

I was visiting from Canada and unfortunately broke a tooth. Drs Lyris and Arshad removed the tooth, and I was able to continue with my vacation. They were extremely helpful and kind. ( I’m a bit of a wuse). Would highly recommend their services.

I am utterly disheartened and feel compelled to share my recent experience, which left me deeply disappointed. Despite the website advertising temporary fillings starting at £60, I was shocked when they attempted to charge me a staggering £250 for the same service. This discrepancy in pricing is not only misleading but completely unacceptable. Further adding to my dismay, the dentist mentioned the availability of a £70 temporary filling option but then inexplicably refused to provide this service to me. The level of service I received was far below my expectations, and it is with a heavy heart that I advise others to steer clear of this establishment. Your trust and hard-earned money are valuable, and I believe they should be respected far more than what I experienced.
