FreeConferenceUSA is awesome! I set the account up for my family to do family prayer. I like it because it is easy to use, even for the elderly members of the family!! So far we have not had any issues. I definitely recommend it!!!

Are you logging in to your Control Panel at www.freeconferenceusa.com? That's where you can see the phone numbers of participants joining your calls, in near real time! Also, I noticed that you selected NOT to receive post-conference reports via email, so I changed that setting so that you will receive a conference report immediately after each conference call that includes the details of the callers who joined your conferences. Be sure to mark Free Conference USA as a safe sender so the reports get through to you. I will re-send your Welcome email with detailed instructions on how to take advantage of these features which are included with Free Conference USA service.

When I supposedly got all of this set…
When I supposedly got all of this set up thru TMobile as my service is actually with Metro PC I couldn’t make a free call to the number then my whole phone service went down I couldn’t receive a call or make a call until the Metro store where I mostly paid my bill had to contact I guess T Mobile so I could use my phone again and I have a I phone 16.

Free Conference USA doesn't charge anyone, and none of our access numbers are subject to extra charges from mobile carriers. Does your phone service plan include only limited minutes of use? It sounds like the problem you had was related to what your phone service provider charges you to use THEIR service. Free Conference USA access numbers are standard U.S. phone numbers, so normal long distance charges apply - although most subscribers have unlimited long distance with their calling plans. If you have limited minutes of use with your calling plan, then calling a Free Conference USA number would count the same as calling any other U.S. phone number.
