I recently reached out to Freedom Repair because I was having some trouble with the recurring payments and I’m currently out of work, so money has been really tight. I explained my situation to them and they were very understanding and actually reached out to their billing department to get my cancellation moved up sooner. I really appreciate them taking the time to listen and work with me, especially when I was worried about more payments coming out of my account. Thank you for being understanding and helping me get everything sorted out! ❤️

Not sure how I signed up, just went through the screens looking for a small loan then exited after I realized they don't offer loans. I did not SIGN any formal agreement but they start to take $23.00 a week from my account. They say that I have to wait 30 days to cancel, meanwhile they continue to take my money for a month. I have to pay $100 for something I will never use and, as far as I am concern, was tricked into. Another predatory company looking to take advantage of people going through hard-times. Save your time and money and do not waste your valuable time and money here. My only solution is to do a stop payment on this to avoid them from TAKING my money. I work for my money - you should too. Stop taking advantage of people

IT'S A SCAM.

Demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges withdrawn from my bank account by your company.

I explicitly requested cancellation of this service and made it clear that I no longer wished to continue with it. Despite this, your company proceeded to charge my account without my authorization. I have not used your service at all, which makes these charges entirely unjustified and unacceptable.

Your actions demonstrate a serious disregard for customer consent and billing authorization. Continuing to withdraw funds after a cancellation request may constitute unauthorized billing practices and financial misconduct.

I require the following actions immediately:

• Full cancellation of my account and all related services
• Immediate refund of all charges taken after my cancellation request
• Written confirmation that my banking information has been removed from your system
• Assurance that no further withdrawals or charges will occur

All of my concerns and issues were 100% dealt with, communication was excellent!! 😊

I told them I would like a refund, and as soon as I give a better review I will receive my refund. I don't ever remember signing up.
Not even sure the initial emails went through.
Anyhoo, as soon as I made a negative comment, they called the same day and said they will rectify my situation ASAP if I write a good review,And cancel my account. I asked the man to make it easier to get in touch with them and work out issues with their clients.
They were very motivated to help me after all of this.

Please consider at least 2 weeks of refund.

I keep requesting to unsubscribe but they keep charging me $23 how do I stop these payment's? I've unsubscribed and I don't use the website at all, but was able to get a call back ASAP, which is good thanks for responding,

Fraud. They don’t actually improve your credit. You’re paying money for nothing.

Scammer, con artist and thief. Copy paste links from the internet and acts like he has business partners and a set of advantageous products that only they offer to help you build your credit. Then pastes links from unrelated companies that you can find on your own in the internet obviously not links to a negotiated product or anything of the sort. Scam alert !! Then refuses to stop taking payments even when sent cancelation notice. Had to change banks to get away from this fraud.

Edited to say that freedom repair specialists have rectified the situation and gave me a refund, had the refund within a couple of hours. So thankful for them for doing the right thing for this senior.
