After 3 years, these "hybrid" shorts stretched out at least 2 sizes (32 to a 34 waist). I contacted the company and they said, "yes, they can stretch out, especially if you put them in the dryer and wash them on anything other than cold". I was offered a 20% discount on new clothes. Since they do not stand by their product, I won't be buying from them again.
This company is awful. Long ship times and no response from customer service. Not sure if they're already out of business or what
After 16 purchases through this company that makes comfortable bamboo clothes I decided to switch it up and try a product if a different material (canvas). What a mistake!! Besides being a stiff, uncomfortable material it was wrongly sized and super snug on my normal sized thighs. When I attempted to return the 3 pairs I purchased for another size, they responded “sorry, those are from our closeout section and aren’t eligible for return OR exchange”. Really??? No other option (including me paying for shipping) to get the item I purchased in a size that fits? Moving on to Vuori, Marine Layer, and Faherty for future purchases of super comfortable sustainable clothes. Anyone need some ill-fitting, uncomfortable shorts?
I recently bought the bamboo Motion t-shirt, and it is my new favorite. I love the material, the fit, and it washes really well, and keeps its shape. Can't wait to get more. Also really like the lack of logos, the only branding is at the bottom and it is not only same color as shirt, but also embroidered. High quality garments
clothing is comfortable and well made albeit on the pricey side. I had a couple returns and an exchange on 7/12. the exchange was processed fairly, but they never processed the return despite sending an email they received the items. I emailed them and they apologized and refunded the money as requested about a week later.
after the second order I made the website had a 20% off sale the next day. I emailed if I could get a 20% credit or refund and they refused. so, I had to create another order the next day that had 20% off and then return the first order in order to get that. not sure how that fits into their environmentally conscious message they advertise on their website.
