Deceptive purchase information
Although the editor is easy to use to come up with a great logo design, the for-pay product information is deceptive. I paid for a one-year subscription for a high-res logo that says it comes with the ability to edit. However, once I realized I had made a mistake and tried to swap colors in the image, I couldn't download the edited image. I was stuck with the original. The FAQs state unlimited edits and downloads but I am unable to download and the support person says I "can't keep changing it for free"
