Overall it was a good experience. I love the business model of Freemodel. There were several delays in the renovation that pushed our listing date back and put us in a quickly changing and difficult market with several interest rate hikes.

I ask for a professional landscape design diagram and got a grade-school-kid diagram (took a 2 months to get it).

My PM Lara was incredible. We worked brilliantly together and she was communicative, great at punting when things arose neither of us expected and collaborative. All important when dealing with a project of our size. Although there are some fine tune items I would do differently, overall I was proud of what we did and very happy with the outcome.

Megan Silver has done an amazing job on multiple projects with me. She was originally available with very little notice when my clients were in town. We were on the same page as far as recommended upgrades and her design choices were exceptional. She managed all aspects of the remodel including budget, timeline, and client updates flawlessly. I would welcome the opportunity to work with her again and/or recommend her services to others.

Cygridh Rooney is an excellent project manager/designer. She went above and beyond to make sure the project is on schedule and jobs are properly done. Her communication skill is also excellent . Both the seller and I appreciate very much her competence, diligence and professionalism.

The work was done well and in a timely manner. The whole process was easy and we received weekly updates on the project. Our project manager also did a great job choosing and coordinating all the interior design elements.

As a realtor I depend upon project managers who can integrate seamlessly with my aesthetic, timeline, communication style and energy level. I also need them to be able to work with my clients, honoring their vision and emotional needs. Selling a home is stressful for everyone involved, drama and personality are not needed in the process and Lara is the source of calming and reason. Her design skills are excellent. Her experience is stellar. I will use her again and again!

I won't recommend this company again. My clients had a terrible experience. Bad workmanship. Much longer time frame than promised. The incorrect items. Etc.

The timeline and the effort put in remodel the house in San Ramon is beyond what we expect. We request to be urgent and Free Model team put A+ team on it. From Project Director- Debbie Lewis to the Contractor and Vendor support each other to make all things happen as requested by Homeowner. House becomes updated and in style with character in 5 weeks. All challenges that we face with Homeowner becomes a great turn around that makes Homeowners say "We did a great job beyond what they expect". Continue the good work and services
