Despite having had no prior contact or interest in this company or anyone associated with them, they started sending me unsolicited emails.
When a company resorts to filling everyone’s inbox with unwanted spam, you get an idea how desperate they must be.
Avoid at all costs. Don’t encourage spam.

This experience with ClearVision regarding my 02 contract has been pleasant they have been efficient with going through the whole process and they deal that I was provided by Joe was an excellent deal and was the most suitable deal for me.Thank you🙂
Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. These guys duped my elderly mother into giving them her bank details. Tried to switch to a more expensive contract. Despite trying to cancel direct debit numerous times, they keen re-instating it trying to take money out of the account.
Very unethical sales people and an embarrassment to the industry
Persistence pays off
After switching over to Clear Vision I suddenly had an issue accessing data services when away from my home wi-fi. After a few phone calls and various attempts at a fix between Harris and Kim my problem has been resolved. Dealing successfully with problems is the measure of a company.
eSIM connection issues
Initially when contacting the company regarding my transfer from an IPhone 7 Plus to IPhone 15 I was informed that the transfer would be straight forward and to go ahead with the task. However where my old phone had a physical SIM card my new phone required an eSIM connection with the assistance of the company.
Once this had been determined after I spent 7 days without a proper service then resolving and connecting me to the new eSIM was prompt and with good service.

I was very sceptical when first contacted by a Clear Vision Communications sales rep, encouraging me to upgrade my O2 contract ahead of time, but after being passed to the manager, whilst frantically googling the company to make sure this wasn't a scam, I decided to go ahead with the deal they were offfering - which BTW - couldn't be beaten by anyone else at the time.
I had a few hiccups with the transfer of my account but the Customer Service I received when I phoned up was fabulous. Harrison investigated my issue, provided me with the solution, stayed online with me while I followed the instructions - and he phoned me 3 days later to make sure that everything was 100% satisfactory. You can't complain about that, right? Harrison gets 5/5.
The reasons for not giving the a rating of 5/5 is because I phoned Customer Services a few times and Harrison was the only one who answered with his name, the others answered with just "hello", not even the company name and this isn't professional.
In addition, the direct line number and mobile number provided in the email I received from the Sales Rep Manager weren't valid which caused me concern - but the main thing is that the Customer Services number is correct.
