Started out fine, but more fees started to pile up.

Part of this is on me for never using a forwarder and not sure how it worked. Also, I was not sure how I wanted to ship the item they bought for me. They were not overly helpful and pointed me to a link where I could choose a delivery service.

I wanted to send them a prepaid label as it would have been a great deal less money, but they said NO.

After a lot of back and forth, and a new charge for storage, I cut my losses and did not complete the transaction as they are not transparent about charges. I will not likely use French forwarders again.

I had a deeply disappointing experience…

I had a deeply disappointing experience with FrenchForwarders.com. I purchased an expensive and sentimental vinyl record through Leboncoin, which was forwarded through their service to the UK. Despite their initial communication and promises to handle the shipment, the package was lost in transit.
FrenchForwarders failed to provide a resolution. They informed me that the package was scanned multiple times but was inexplicably returned to an unknown person. Their communication ultimately ineffective, leaving me without my record or proper compensation.
This experience has been frustrating and costly, and I cannot recommend FrenchForwarders.com to anyone looking for reliable forwarding services.

Another successful transaction with FrenchForwarders

I did my second order with FrenchForwarders and today I received my package in great condition. I started with another quote on June 13. I communicated with the service through their email I used in my first transaction. They replied fast and helped purchase more items at vinted.fr Thank you again and I will be coming back for more.

Managed to order an RTX 5090 FE from LDLC on thursday, arrived at FrenchForwarders on friday, processed and sent on tuesday (monday was holiday) and received on wednesday, very good service

Impressed with my first experience…

Impressed with my first experience using French Forwarders. The proxy shopping service provided by French Forwarders allowed me to buy some maps from leboncoin (the site prevents you from communications directly with vendors due to VPN restrictions). The staff at French Forwarders were quick to send me an outline of costs before proceeding and took their time to answer my questions, as a new customer - I had plenty. I was regularly contacted with updates on the ordering and shipping. Will be using French Forwarders again when I find more maps!

Adam the owner needs a lesson in manners

Adam needs a lesson in manners you are not told you have to keep track of the orders there is no user interface which make it very complicated ask a question get no answer for days ask a question twice and your treated like an idiot … arrogance and business don’t mix there are other companies out there..,use them instead

We will keep this short. Please be honest about your experience:

• Your account had the highest number of email exchanges and the lowest number of packages sent last year. The literal record.

• It was explained to you multiple times that we cannot guess what is inside your packages without you providing the necessary information. This seems obvious and we tried at many times to explain it. Without ordering packages and product ourself we cannot know what should be inside each of them.

• You have already been pushed out from most of our competitors, due to ongoing difficulties interacting with people. This includes us.

Despite our prior agreement that we were no longer willing serve you, you continued to send packages to us.

As a courtesy, we forwarded the last package to a competitor (at your direction), which then refused to retrieve it. The package was returned to us at a location we do not normally serve. We offered to recover it for free, requiring only a copy of your ID as per the location's request. You did not respond. Three weeks later, you flooded our inbox with messages like "?" and showed no willingness to cooperate.

At that point, we informed you that we would not take further action and you wrote this review.

A Review of French Forwarders.Com . A Company that came to my Rescue !

Today I received an art book about a French Impressionist that I hoped a relative, who recently purchased a painting by that artist, might enjoy as a birthday gift. It was written in English and French. I live in the USA and began my search for the out of print text. I thought that it would be easy to find. It wasn't ! The only copy I could find on eBay would cost $800.00 plus shipping. I searched the usual book sites as well as the AMAZON international varieties without success. Using my VPN, I finally discovered the book on Leboncoin for approximately $125.00.
Unfortunately, although I could access the site, I was repeatedly blocked from purchasing it because of the VPN. .
The French seller of the book was also not interested in shipping to the USA either. Finally I decided, I needed someone
in France to contact the seller on Leboncoin, purchase it and send it to me. I contacted an agent named ADAM who
guided me carefully through each step so successfully that the book is now here in time to wrap it colorfully. Their correspondence was in English and their replies to my questions answered very quickly.
The experience was so successful that I am sure I will use their service again...

Good communication and excellent Service

FrenchForwarders helped me buy a French bugle from Leboncoin and import it to the UK. Buying from Leboncoin was hard work as two sellers let me down (this was not the fault of FF). FrenchForwarders were fantastic and kept working with me until we found a suitable replacement. They then shipped it to the UK and it arrived in perfect condition. At all times the communication was excellent. I would recommend FrenchForwarders and would use them again without hesitation.
