My first order 410a went smoothly until!
My first order 410a went smoothly. I also received a $10.00 off coupon which I successfully applied on my second order r22 but the PayPal charge went up $10.00 after I clicked pay on the $10.00 discounted price!
This repeated on r134 & r32 orders.
I then no noticed the shipping labels were 14 LBS to 16 LBS so I'm trying to get some answers from customer service @freonmarketshop which isn't going well.
22 & 134 are supposed to contain 30lbs of freon so I'm not understanding the 16lb FedEx label?
My freon scale is in being repaired so I'm not going to say what my fish scale says the drums weigh as it is not certified for trade.
Just watch out as I have 48yrs HVAC experience also not used any of this gas and not sure exactly what I have been sent.

We’re sorry for the confusion and understand why the PayPal charges and FedEx label weights raised concerns, especially given your 48 years of HVAC experience.
Regarding the shipping labels, the weight shown by FedEx is a pre-declared shipping weight used when the labels are created and does not represent the actual refrigerant content inside the cylinder. We remind customers about this issue before or during shipment because the label may show approximately 14–16 lbs even when the product is a 30 lb cylinder. Our R22 and R134A cylinders are factory-filled and sealed according to the product specifications.
The coupon issue is separate and should not have happened. We would like to review the PayPal charges for your R22, R134A, and R32 orders and refund any confirmed overcharge. Please send us the relevant order numbers or screenshots of the final PayPal charges so we can investigate and resolve this properly.
