Customer services are appalling
Customer services are appalling, the attitude you get when you tell them you want to leave their company is truly shocking, trying to belittle me. I had an 18 month contract with them, with just two people in the house we could stream on one device, that's it, our phones wouldn't work while we were using the internet to stream through the tv, my grandad always ran speed tests while he came round and was consistently saying how terrible they were compared to his, my neighbours have all said the same. Now I have my children moving back in I had decided I needed a different provider that could offer the speeds and service we would require for all of us... My contract ended a few weeks back, I had a lot going on and hadn't realized but they had automatically moved me to a rolling contract for another 18 months for £42 a month. I was not happy with this so after speaking to them 13 days ago I had agreed to a renewal contract for a cheaper price. Since then the internet speeds have been worse, so I stuck to my guns and decided I was going to switch companies. I'm aware of my consumer rights and know that because I had agreed to another price it meant I had 14 days statutory cooling off period and it was no longer a rolling contract but a renewal contract, which started the moment I agreed the new price with them. I have been told by a customer service advisor in the most arrogant way that I do not have these consumer rights and do not have 14 days cooling off period, and that my final bill (for internet that I had used for 2 weeks out of the 18 month contract) is £549!
I'm absolutely appalled. I will happily file as many complaints as nessesary and take it further to the ombudsman if needs be. Luckily for me I have a relative who works for a law firm and has already drafted complaints letters for me and given me plenty of advice as to how to deal with this company.
I am a vulnerable person and have enough going on at the minute anyway, so to be spoken to with the attitude I received yesterday I can honestly say I will be shouting from the rooftops to everyone I know to avoid this company like the plague!

I have been a customer of Fresh Fibre for three years and have consistently found their customer service and technical support to be exceptional. Earlier this week I contacted the company to cancel my contract as I am moving to another provider due to a more favourable offer and lower cost for the same service. Qadr, with whom I spoke, was extremely courteous and understood my decision. It is unfortunate that the company could not match the competitive pricing and offers of its competitors.

Had an issue with my broadband and they sent 2 engineers out who went over and beyond to make sure it was fixed for me even laying new cables. Great service.

Excellent customer service, Qadr was such an amazing help to us. He helped us get back online so very fast and helped me step by step to remotely update the router. Qadr was such a delight to talk to, so very helpful well spoken and lovely to talk to . Thankyou again for Awesome Customer Service and help. A+++++

I reported that my internet cable was damaged due to my dog eating it... it was reported at 4:30pm. They arranged someone to come and repair it the very next day. They kept me well informed and up to date with everything. Sorted super quick and they were so easy to get hold of. Fantastic customer service. They even rang to make sure everything was sorted and up to date.
