I seem to have had a similar experience to many. Bought a scarf which arrived damaged. I’ve been trying to return it for a refund for the last 2 months!

Absolutely gorgeous scarf that is super versatile, warm and soft! Delivery was fast, problem free and safely delivered to a neighbor whilst I was out.
The fact that it can be worn as a cardigan/ shawl/poncho style was the biggest selling point for me and it did not disappoint! ☺️

I bought this scarf as a gift. It is sooo soft and great size. Lovely to touch. It is nice and cozy. An amazing quality fabric and looks more expensive as it is, so pleased.
