Friday Night 5s is London’s leading local 5-a-side children’s football and netball leagues – built on friendship, fair play and fun. Our leagues are for boys and girls of all ages and run from 4pm throughout term time at locations in Barnes, Chiswick, Chiswick Riverside, Hammersmith, Fulham and Balham.

Friday 5s are a highlight of the week…
Friday 5s are a highlight of the week for all our boys. They thoroughly enjoy the matches each week and also the camaraderie between the teams. Its a lot of fun and excellent exercise ... our team have come a long way since they started and it really is their favourite event of the week!

Thank you so much, we are all missing seeing the teams every Friday Night and can't wait for the time when we can all get back to playing. Slowly but surely, it seems that the situation is improving. We are offering small group, non contact sessions at our centres in Chiswick and Barnes and it would be great to see you all soon. All the best, the FN5S Team!

Super community sporting hub for all ages.
Both my children enjoy football, tennis & netball term time and holiday camp coaching at Rocks Lane, Barnes. They both take part in the Friday night netball and football league matches. Their team of friends from school/friends from the coaching sessions absolutely love meeting and competing together each week. The centre is very well organised, the office team are lovely and always happy to help. It’s a great community hub to meet friends and team mates each week. The coffee is good too! The coaches are fabulous and great at engaging the kids. My kids love their time spent there, as do their team mates.

Thank you for all your support over the years, we really appreciate it.
We are committed to re-starting Friday Night 5s as soon as it is safe to do so.
We have encouraged all of our teams to register for the current term so that we can get up and running as soon as possible. We do not want any children to miss out on what is the highlight of the week for many. We have offered help to individual families who are having financial difficulties and will be dealing with any teams who do not want to continue playing this term as soon as we re-open and our staff return to work. Currently, all of our administration and accounts staff are furloughed.

Best day of the week!
Friday night is my son's "best day of the week" since he started Friday Night 5s.
He loved choosing their team kit and has so much fun every week.
From a parents point of view; everything is so well organised and we love viewing the leagues online and in the app.
We can't wait for next season!

Good league for Year 5
For Year 5 aged boys the league is a good one with a variety of teams to play against. The facilities at Kings House Sports Grounds are the best, with easy parking and a great selection of drinks and snacks. It is a lot better in terms of the facilities than Rocks Lane in Barnes where those who have to drive there due to The traffic is terrible and the parking limited.

The leagues are well organised and team are well matched by ability on the whole.

It's a lot of fun and well organised. Some of the refs are not great, and some teams do not respect the rules and have older players fill in or things like that. I think there should be a bit more standardisation to make it even better.

Our ethos at FN5S is to give young referees from the local community a chance to develop their skills in a friendly and fun environment.
We have a strict age category policy whereby teams will play only 1 year above or below their group. Child safety and player development is key to our ability matching policy.
