I like what I’ve seen so far on this course. The course structure is very easy to follow and understand, although the videos where David teach can be overwhelming since he goes too fast on the topics, I would suggest reducing the speed on the video, so you have more time to grasp what he is saying. This is a very intense course where you will be learning a lot and therefore feel overwhelmed with a lot of topics and concepts to cover every week. The key to learning as much as you can is reviewing and re reviewing what you have already learned, as it is easy to forget what you have learned a week before. The mentors are very helpful and really dedicate their time to try to understand your issue and fix it. Although they really encourage you to try and debug the problem yourself first, that’s how you learn the most. The course offers practice information more than conceptual terminology, so searching things yourself should be your best practice as well. AI has helped in multiple scenarios to understand syntax and their meaning, so I really encourage whoever joins the bootcamp to learn how to search things on your own.

Well worth the effort!
I have been a student of FES for just over a month and I REALLY enjoy it. Sometimes the work is hard, but I love to learn the code and look forward to learning more every day! with the help of great mentors like Batool, I am able to move through the coursework with a clear understanding of the lesson content.

Very pleased with FrontEnd Simplified
The provided coding exercises along with the big picture descriptions of the concepts, conveyed with videos and written descriptions, make learning easier. Also the team of mentors have been very helpful and quick to provide assistance. They are able to answer questions and find coding flaws, while explaining the reason for their answers.

Best program I've been apart of. Very reliable staff, when it comes to the mentors, they really are so patient when you have questions or quite literally dont know what to do next. The modules are very well explained and they'll walk you through each step so your not sitting there wondering why you started this.

I love David's energy!
I love David's energy!! That alone keeps me motivated. I am moving at a slower pace and I'm about to dig into the JavaScript module. So far The mentors have always been just a message away and respond quickly. Sound, easy to follow instruction. I honestly have not one complaints.

While going through Encouragement goes further than the curriculum sometimes
While going through this course it has proven to be very fast-paced. So much so, that you may feel, as I have, that you are not capable of getting to the finish line.
But with the mentors that they have like:
Frank, Khosro, Kat, & Victor - getting that certificate at the end will seem more tangible than not.These mentors have helped me countless times, at all times of the day and night, with problems big and small, in many ways than one, as well. They have gotten on Zoom calls with me, circled back to a question I may have had while they were teaching a class, or even sent voice memos, screenshots, and an immeasurable amount of chat messages back and forth for me to be able to understand something. They are they to help you really grasp a concept, but to also rally you along the way. I can personally say that those messages of comfort and encouragement have helped me a lot further than some of the conceptual ones.
These mentors are fantastic - and while David (the main course guide is great, as well, witty and blunt, too, which I am a fan of) is the star of most of the lessons. The mentors are the backbone - unable to get through the course without their help.
So, grateful for all that they do. Can't thank them enough.

They make coding easier to understand and they have mentors that are available to you 24/7 which I personally loved. Even if I had a question at 2 AM there would be someone there to help. It is a course that is definitely a two way street - meaning you MUST put in the work to succeed - but I don't know of any course that isn't like that. Overall, I have had a great experience with it.

Best Decision Ever
I started this course back in December after seeing an ad for it on Instagram while doom scrolling trying to think of a way to get out of my terrible retail job. i clicked on it watched the videos and when i got an interview and i was able to code along in my notepad on my computer to make my own ai chatbot i was hooked. This has been so much fun its challenging enough to make me not bored but also very rewarding to see every thing come together in the end!

FES is the place to go to learn coding!!
This is by far the best place to learn developing. I had some lessons from my previous school, but the courses had HTML, CSS and JavaScript all combined in every lesson, which was very confusing for me to understand the codings. FES, however, so far they had an entire module on just HTML, and then a module on CSS and one on JavaScript. The way they have their curriculum makes it much easier to understand HTML and then CSS and so on.
Oh yea, the mentors that are available 24/7, are there for you to help guide you and support you as you go along.
Looking forward to finishing up and utilizing my new knowledge and skills.

Would not recommend if you aren't tech savvy
What to say... I have never felt more lost or confused in my entire life. David goes very fast through the videos and once things get really hard (like when you get to JavaScript and React, say) his explanations aren't really explaining much at all. Which leaves you not knowing what just happened. He keeps saying its okay if you don't understand but then you have to finish a project and use what you learned. So, if you didn't understand, the project is that much harder if not impossible to do on your own. The only saving grace is the mentors who will try to walk you through anything. I am very thankful for them but also, makes me realize that maybe I can't do this by myself and therefore how am I going to ever get a job? So, in the end... I am not sure if this was worth it because I might not make it through the training. Its hard to complete something if you really aren't learning what you need.

Our program is designed to be beginner-friendly, but there are still tricky parts - like React. These modules are a little trickier depending on the students experience. We should have communicated this to you earlier and assigned you additional time with mentors to help you jump this hurdle. That's on us and we'll be addressing this moving forward.
The projects are a massive help when it comes to landing a tech job in today's market - but they aren't easy. That's why we place so much emphasis on them, so our students stand out amongst other applications. You can check out our social media channels to see how important projects have been for our graduates who landed jobs.
As you mentioned, the mentors are always here for our students - to step in as needed and support any student who is stuck or unsure. New at Frontend Simplified
I recently began learning at frontend simplify. So far it has been a fun experience and every day I wake up looking forward to learning more. Quick access to mentors is great for help, the well structured lessons make it easy to pick up material step by step, and what I enjoy most are the projects, being able to code and see each line come together to make a clean website. I havent had a bad moment so far.
Getting github and vscode set up for the first time was a little confusing, but thanks to mentors I was able to get back on track.
It's honestly a huge shift for me in terms of career path but starting with frontend simplified has been worth it.
