Legal reference book and novice author combine with professional project manager for superior results
Sarah Wilson was my project manager on the book, a legal and educational reference book. She was professional, patient, kind and responsive every step of the way. She had a good knowledge of the process and options and was able to get the team involved for unusual circumstances when they came up. As a first time author, trying to combine a number of different subjects, and organize the structure of the book in an action oriented story she was able to work with a variety of changes, substitutions and alternatives as necessary to get it completed. In the end, I think we ended up re-writing the book a number of times instead of just going with the one original, and I am quite sure I literally could not have completed the project without her. Her level of knowledge, timely responses and patience throughout was exemplary.

Do not hire this company
Do not hire this company. I paid $1,000 for them to publish my book. I sent them the manuscript in a Word document, and they could not format the document. They sent me revisions for almost 2 months with error after error. I had to point out the errors that they missed. They finally refunded me $600 because they were unable to format a Word document. Did you get that? A "Premier" publishing company that could not format a Word document... NOT premier! Incompetent!

Missed Deadlines
Frontline Writers failed to meet the agreed-upon deadlines multiple times. This caused significant delays in my publication schedule, which was very disappointing.

The team has a great talent and tirelessly show commitment to making sure the author is happy with the outcome every step of the way and every step in the process is explained by the manager in advance and timely delivered.
