Misleading product and advertising
As a first time customer I paid £34 pounds for a large box of fruit as advertised got the total opposite thinking I'm getting a bargain when in fact it's not, I called customer service mentioned my dissatisfaction just to then be hit with poor excuses , funny thing is I could have got the exact same amount of items received for £15 cheaper that's how bad this is my advice to anyone thinking of purchasing from this company is to shop around first more don't waste time or money getting the big box as you only end up being conned and disappointed, for me it's a valuable harsh lesson learnt

I am sorry that your first experience with us has left you disappointed. However, I would like to clarify that your complaint was certainly not dismissed. Following your call, our customer service team immediately arranged additional fruit to be delivered to you tomorrow morning in an effort to put things right.
We take great pride in offering honest descriptions and good value. The fruit included in your box has a total individual retail value of approximately £36.50 when purchased separately through our website. Our pre-made fruit boxes are sold at a discounted price, which is why the box was supplied for £34.90
We would never intentionally mislead our customers. The contents of our mixed fruit boxes can vary depending on seasonality, availability and quality. If you are specifically looking for particular fruits such as papaya or other exotic items, I would strongly recommend using our "Build Your Own Box" option in the future, as this allows you to select exactly which fruits you would like to receive and helps avoid any disappointment.
As a gesture of goodwill, we have arranged the additional fruit delivery for tomorrow and hope it will be well received.
We genuinely value all customer feedback and hope this will give us the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service.

Lovely fruit, great service
We've been getting a weekly fruit box into our office for the past few months and have been very pleased. Great quality fruit and just the right amount for our hybrid team (20 pieces of fruit for 12 people who come into the office twice a week). Selection usually includes apples, bananas, pears, plums and clementines. Curious to see if any summer fruit and berries will be in the mix as we move into the warmer months.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service, exactly what i ordered !! I tried 3 other similar companies and they all failed me i am so relieved to have found fruit4London … they have been the only company who can supply my Timms Dairy Yogurt & on top of that the dates are long on the yogurt so they won’t go bad quickly !!
I can’t wait to order again soon and try some of the other products!
