Bloody awful
Bloody awful. Was suckered in by the free 100 spins for £10. Won about £1.50 on my £10 then £2.50 on the free ones. Couldn’t withdraw my losses so lost the rest on roulette. Knew we should have gone black… I am now very gamble aware and hate them all. Hope the daily freebies are good.

Hi Consumer,
Thanks for your review, a little bit to unpick there but ultimately we would always strongly recommend being gamble aware. Safe play is the only way to go. However, the hate is concerning. If you are finding such strong emotions invoked, you may wish to consider using some Play Safe tools in your account or checking out Gamstop, BeGambleAware and others who can assist in maintaining this as it should be, a fun, leisure hobby without expectations.
Our Support team remain available for any assistance needed.
Have a lovely day,

Worst casino I’ve ever played on and…
Worst casino I’ve ever played on and the customer service is seriously lacking. Had to reload a game 30x to be able to use the spins and then it took the winnings too. Don’t waste your time or money.

Hi BJR,
Thank you for your review. What you describe is not typical, and our Customer Support is always available to assist for your account and address any concerns directly. Our Support is praised very regularly, as can be seen in these reviews, but it is unfortunate if on this occasion, the situation could not be resolved.
Have a nice day,
The Fruitkings Team.
Another site with poor online issues to the new account holder.
As part of my ongoing "checking casino sites for a charity" for their opening accounts procedures, Fruitkings was next up. Completed all the usual online stuff and was met with a message saying that they had a verification issue and that I had been sent an email that I had to respond to before any account would be open. Upon checking my email all I had from them was an email welcoming me to the site with al the usual messages that you get from other sites, no other email has been received and 24 hours on still nothing, can't log into the site so can't use live chat, not great.

Terrible site
Terrible site, very laggy, rarely win anything. I played slots won nothing then I went to blackjack placed a hand and won and it just gave me my stake back not my winnings. Very untrustworthy WOULD AVOID!

Hi Jerdald,
Thank you for your review. The lagginess and outcome of the bet does not sound typical at all, so we would recommend contacting our trained Customer Support for any assistance you might need.
We are a fully licensed and regulated casino that has been in operation for well over a decade, and as such, we would hope that should you try again, if you have any issues, simply contact the Support who can help.

Hi Ace,
Thanks for your review, it is indeed a shame if you have not won as much as you would have liked. Please be assured that Fruitkings is fully licensed and regulated with the Gambling Commission under reference: 39358. We take our role in fair gaming seriously and adhere to all regulations expected of us, because it is important to us that gaming on our site is fair.
When it comes to the results of our games, they are truly random. Each result is generated from an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). This is standard within the industry, and independently tested in accordance with our licence. We do understand that not winning as much as you would like to may frustrate, however we would take a moment to remind that gambling, of any form, should only ever be considered as a fun leisure activity. If it no longer is, then it may well be time to take a break or stop.
We hope this has allayed any fears over gaming with us. If you would like to discuss further, please do feel free to contact our Customer Support on support@fruitkings.com. You may also wish to browse our Responsible Gambling page for further advice, or contact us to discuss further.
