Full Spectrum Education Avis 

Full Spectrum Education supported our son through Year 12, the teaching and learning in the sessions not only helped him achieve the ATAR score he needed but also gave him great confidence entering every end of exam.

Had 4 sessions with our tutor now. My son is approaching Year 12 exams & was worried about his maths & chemistry after doing poorly on some trial exams. I was a little worried about how much use a last minute tutor would be but full spectrum found us a school teacher doing tutoring on the side so we could get right into things from the first night. Their service is a bit pricy especially if you dont want to sign up for a full term but other than that its been great. We are going to squeeze in a few extra nights in before exams.

We used Full Spectrum to find an in home tutor for our daughter. Our tutor is an actual high school teacher working with full spectrum on the side so she is super knowledgeable. We had heaps of issues with resistance to attending school & this has been fading as time goes on. 10/10

This company is an absolute disgrace! Their auto renewal contract is very unfair and when they can’t provide a Tutor they keep taking money from your account and threaten you with legal action if you try to cancel the direct debits. You are not shown any crime check or Working with children’s card. The founder Ben Maher and his management team behave like bullies. Full Spectrum Education are arguably not honest. We took them to A Current Affair and have spoken with Consumer Affairs Victoria and Victoria Police.

Please note that on the Full Spectrum Education website, they claim they have many partnerships with schools, many appear prestigious. We have contacted 15 of those schools in recent days and it appears that their administrators have no knowledge let alone partnership with Full Spectrum Education. (These schools were taken down from their website overnight 21/06/2024)

Full Spectrum Education will hide behind their contract when something goes wrong. But its that very contract that is wrong, impractical and that we believe Consumer Affairs Victoria and the ACCC are currently reviewing with vigour.

Do not give them your credit card details or debit approval.

This company is all about profits and nothing to do with the best interests of the family or child. They fail to deliver and then enforce contracts and threaten legal action when they are the ones at fault. Having spoken to a few tutors, FSE request a degree but pay so poorly and the tutors also find themselves tied up in the contracts. They dispute every bad review and have them removed but have so many fake 5-star reviews that are clearly written by the company. My advice is to avoid.

We have also had a bad experience with this company. Website looks great with a lot of impressive school emblems as supportive evidence. Meeting with salesperson went well, we stated what we needed for our boys and they promised to deliver what we wanted. They did not deliver a tutor in the timeframe we required, and they did not listen to what our requirements were. The tutor that turned up was not suitable and also got time mixed up as to when they were supposed to commence. We cancelled our agreement promptly. Do not use this company.

All you can believe is the bad reviews and every time there is a bad one miraculously multiple good ones appear. When they can’t provide the Tutor they still take the money and make you adhere to their contract. They do not provide you any qualifications of their Tutors, no police checks or working with children’s cards which should be for employment purposes. Don’t engage with this company

What a SCAM. I have seen & heard many stories of lotting the people. But these people are very smart & I never think is this the way of new scam in the market. Innocent people like me work very hard but these people are very cunning who use their mind very smartly to not let us cancel our contract. They design the contract such a way where no one can understand the terms as its very complicated. Even my partner clearly told them over the phone when we signed up that we only need it for one term but they said you haven’t send us in writing so next term you have to pay. Too of that they just send the tutor only for 3 weeks but they still charging money from us. When we said why you charging money from us when you don’t send the tutor. They said because you signed the contract you have to pay but as you said you don’t need service so you have to pay but you won’t get tutor.So anyone who wants to join them please read all the bad reviews first. And don’t believe on any fake good reviews as they must have used review company. Big Scam!!!
