Absolutely zero support for existing customers. Fucare discontinued my bike model and will not email me back regarding a replacement battery. They have essentially abandoned their customers once the sale is over. Avoid this company if you want long-term support for your e-bike
DEAD - Barely a year into owning
NOt a year into owning my Fucare Taurus it stopped running. Sent pics and videos of the issue, they said I needed a new clutch. Ordered it from them, had it replaced by a professional e-bike shop, however it was not the clutch. Facade customer service said it must be the motor then. Gave them the motor number and was told they don't make that motor anymore. There's nothing they can do. They had no other recommendations for a place or motor replacement. 1 star because what's the point of buying a bike that you can't get parts for..plus communication time is poor with often days to await any reply.

I've owned a fucare libra for about a year.Exellent purchase,lots of power 💪it climbs hills,goes off road exceptionally well.Its very stable at the 51 km per hour top speed.Very unique looking bike🥰

At 2146 kilometres the hub motor on my Fucare Libra failed. It is very disappointing that at a cost of $2400 CAD and after only two years a $500 repair is needed.
We purchased two of these bikes and have mostly ridden the same distance and terrain and in the same conditions. Only one motor has failed and therefore it appears it was faulty.
Research on e-bike motors indicates we should reasonably expect several years of service from the motor if treated well. For many riders, hitting 10,000–15,000 miles over 3 to 5 years is quite realistic. If you're riding softer terrain, helping the motor with pedalling, and keeping it clean and dry, you might even get 5–10 years out of it.
Our bikes are very well looked after: we use pedal assist always, they are covered when not in use, given annual maintenance, and any issues taken care of as soon as they arise. A two-year life span at only 2146 km is not acceptable.
We respectfully asked Fucare to cover the cost of the motor ($300) while we covered the cost of repair ($200). To note, you need to plan for a 3-4 week wait for parts to come from China. After providing proof of purchase as requested they never bothered to reply any further.
I do not recommend buying anything from Fucare. They do not honour their product.

I would highly recommend you to not use this Company as they are a total scam. Got scammed for $1100. And they don’t pick up the phone anymore. Just a warning for anybody thinking about buying from this company.

Absolutely zero customer service. Website states they have 24/7 support. Totally ridiculous statement. I called customer support line 4 times - no response. Sent 5 emails to the support line - no response. Took my money right away of course. DO NOT BUY from this scam operation!
UNACCEPTABLE SAFETY CRITICAL FAILURE
UNACCEPTABLE SAFETY FAILURE – Frame broke while carrying my 3-year-old daughter!
The frame of my Fucare Gemini X e-bike snapped at a welded joint near the rear rack — while I was riding with my 3-year-old daughter (13 kg). This is a serious safety hazard. I had issues with this bike from the very beginning, but at least customer service used to be responsive. Now, they are completely ignoring me.
This kind of failure should NEVER happen under normal use. It clearly points to poor build quality or a manufacturing defect. It could have caused a serious accident.
If you care about your safety or your children’s, think twice before trusting this brand.
ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought a Fucare Libra 750w in 2023 bc i moved and my dog walking business of 17 years starts across town. It was great for 3 mos. First the brakes suck. I had to replace them maybe 8 times since buying it. I ended up installing a Hydrolic system which helped a little. Brakes are a normal issue with e bikes. The problem is THEY DON’T ANSWER PHONE, EMAIL or CHAT. Since i use bike for work i just had to goto a bike shop and take the loss bc i don’t have time to wait for a call that wont come. Also- two weeks ago my display wouldn’t power on when i was leaving for work. I took it into my shop and they won’t touch the electronics bc they don’t have any of the parts that are compatible bc Fucare is all Chinese insides and that’s fine but because Fucare doesn’t answer messaging i had to figure it out myself. In talking with an e bike mechanic, he was able to deduce that it’s the controller, Display and wiring harness. Great! I’ll just order on site. Yay! No. Fucare only has display for sale. I was able to see the type of controller on the site schematics of the bike. So i tried to get it thru other means. I found similar but not quite and my e bike mechanic said i really need to get everything from the manufacture bc the language of the electronics has to match. I finally left a threatening messsge that I’d call the BBB and magically they called me back. Except the guy said the reason it’s not on the site is bc i have to order it directly from him. He asked for my info and then credit card. I first asked “how much is it”? He asked me “how much did you see it for online”? I lied and said i never re saw the price. Then he said “for you i give discount and the more than doubled the price”. Call me crazy but at this point i don’t trust these guys at all and i certainly doubt they care about matching my controller to my bike. The bike is great until you have problems. Unfortunately I’m going to be out over $3000 bc at this point i need to just get a new bike. Even if it gets fixed, I’ll have to go thru this whenever there’s an issue. It’s not worth it. I don’t even know if its worth selling. Prolly not. Fucare sucks so bad. Also i paid for an extended Warranty. Oh and the mechanic said even if we get all the parts, if they didn’t get the correct controller that it could take hours to fix the issue at $100/hr creating an extremely expensive situation. I just need transportation now. Don’t waste your money like i did.

Battery Died, no Support, Bikes are Useless now
I've purchase three of these bikes. 3 of the 6 batteries died within three months. I contacted support and it's a dead end. Phone number goes to voice mail which is never returned. Chats take 2 days for responses and ultimately, when we get close to resolution, they stop responding. Do Not Buy. New batteries are $500, so two batteries for the gemini cost about as much as the bike does and who knows how long those will last. DO NOT BUY!

Front wheel motor axle dose not fit in the front fork
Hi i want to say right out of the box, not even been able to write it since I got it 3 days ago. I got the gemini x sport dual motor ebike when I went to put the front wheel on the bike, the axle did not fit in the bike fork contact Customer Care. We've got a response that seemed generic, and did it. Make any sense, because the answer did not fix my problem, and also I did not get the front Fender in the box. I've been trying to get a hold of them for him about three days now and only one response from the first message and tried to call them and it just hangs it self up with out a ring but from what I see from the rest of the bike it looks built really good I can tell better if I was abel to ride it

I've been having black out seizures the last three years now! My helmet gives me life.
As a factory trained Harley Davidson Technician these ebikes are awesome.
I've even been in a few humdingers on my first Gemini.
My new sport 2wd is awesome in the snow.
Now that my seizures are under control I can't get enough of these machines.
I feel like they are easy to work on.
Fun to ride.
Great transportation.
And backed by a great group of honest, knowledgeable, loving, hard working employees!

Company is scamming customers.
Purchased a new charger for my bike as I lost mine and received only half the charger in the box.
Have tried reaching out via every form of customer service they have with no response at all.
Their phone number goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full so you can't leave a message.
No answer via email and no answer via the " Live chat "
If I don't receive an answer and a new charger promptly I Will be preforming a charge back on my card and reporting the company to the FTC for scamming customers.

Mounts for the problem and they certainly did not have to the shipping issue was not their fault it was the shipping company. I was treated like a Person and much like apart of the Fucare Family and when the bikes arrived they were packaged extremely well nothing had shifted in the boxes, set up was easy, installing of accessories was easy and the Ride for the 1st time was fantastic!! Every time I step out of the house with my Yellow Fucare Libra’s I get compliments from everyone our E-Bikes are the talk of the Beach where we live constantly being ask where they can get one! Of course living at the beach they are one the Beach in thick, deep lose sand that often makes it difficult to near impossible to ride on not this E-Bike it has been the most stable and reliable ride on the Beach I rarely have to lower my legs to maintain balance and keep from falling I can peddle in the sand with ease!
Have a glitchy display
Have a glitchy display on my Gemini-x ebike which they sent out a replacement for. They are quick to respond and help you figure out any issues you have as best they can. There was some kind of issue with the shipping of the replacement display but an email later on cleared it up with another one shipped out. Sounds like fedex lost the first one so I can't blame Fucare for that.
R26 Starrun, City Elf
Bought the Starrun R26, it's a great bike, high quality construction & runs like it should. Put over 500 miles on it in 90 days, it's a real work horse, can pull a trailer for groceries and lumber, above and beyond specs.
Commitment to customer service shows
Overcoming initial misunderstanding, customer service was timely and efficient. My Fucare Libra is functional again.
