I had a terrible experience with Fuji living! Purchased what I thought was going to be some amazing furniture that set me back £700, Never to receive it! I cannot obtain any information from them as they are not a real company.
My bank was really unhelpful as I purchased with my debit card! My stupidity I know. What else can I do?
Scam scam scam I ordered fugi garden wicker set £700 and never received it they told me by email I would get it 3 weeks time and no it didn’t come !!!! I was grateful my bank refunded me my money back , so thank you nat west as I didn’t buy on a credit card but was still refunded , I will now look on trust pilot if I order a big item again

As soon as I had sent a chaser email, tbe address went down and was unobtainable.
I'm lucky because I have successfully charged back on my credit card payment, but beware, they are fraudsters.

do not buy from this company. its a scam. bought garden furniture , tracked the order until the day it was due to be delivered and the website has dissappeared. the emails bounce back and i am now trying to get my money back through my credit card.
This company is a scam. Says it’s based in Leeds, but tracking info states being dispatched from Guankou Town, yet company origin is Belgium. Ordered Ascot Corner Set on 11.6.22. Tracking details show it as arrived in UK on 24.6.22 but it hasn’t moved since. Their Facebook page & website has disappeared. I hope these criminals can be traced! 😡
Ordered Rattan corner unit on 30th June received email confirming order, today I emailed them to see when I would expect delivery it was returned as undeliverable..alarm bells now ringing.. checked companies house and they dont exist. Checked their website again information is in Latin and converts to a load of rubbish. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Ordered rattan sofa set, estimated delivery 3/4 weeks, sent email for update, no reply and no contact phone number. Luckily I paid by Barclaycard, have informed them and it appears it’s a scam. So angry with myself as thought I had checked it out and website looks legit. Don’t order from this company.

Garden set ordered and not received, unable to make contact, Email failure
Scam do not buy from this company. Have paid £1000 for garden furniture. No tracking details given and no phone number to call. Now seem to be ignoring my emails. Have asked for a refund but won’t hold my breath. Will have to go through my bank to raise a dispute. AVOID at all cost . I feel foolish I am usually a savvy internet shopper.

Ordered patio set 5 weeks ago. Today I received a plastic cup from the company, when I enquired about it I was told they would look into it. Ten minutes later i received a email stating a refund would be given. What a waste of time. Avoid 😡😡
