Ordered my item January 6, haven’t received anything. Emailed them, 3 weeks later they said it got lost. I asked for a refund, it’s been 3 weeks and still no refund and now no one will email me back!!! DO NOT USE!!! SCAM!!!

Shipping is absolutely horrible. I waited a week before they finally sent it from china. Then it was in Chicago in customs. Them Illinois. So I thought “well it should be here soon then since it’s in Illinois” (I live in Indiana)…..NOPE now it’s in California 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 like come on. It’s been more than 2 weeks. When it finally comes it better be Amazing or I’m Ganna completely loose it!!!

Ordered a gift for my grandson, failed to deliver when expected. No contact details on their website, and emails that I have sent over the last three weeks have gone ignored! Now going through credit card company to get money back. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Agreed! A complete scam!! I ordered 4 wreaths, each to be 28 inches in size. After waiting 2 months I received 4 eight inch wreaths that beared no resemblance to the pictures of what I orderd. like others no response from the company and no refund. Do not use this company!!

doesnt even deserve 1 star. ordered my son a xmas present end of october, not received the item. emailed them beginning of november and they replied saying their company has been robbed? so will refund me. since then I have received no refund and no gift and no reply! scam.

This is a fake scaming company. They ll take your money and disappear. All the phone numbers that relate to this company are fake and emails go unanswered. Ive Ordered a kids toy for a birthday and no toy has been delivered. Now I'm outta pocket. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU'LL GET NOTHING.

It’s been nearly 2weeks and still no delivery or any sort of correspondence. One phone number is not in use, the other for a completely different company!! And no answer to any of my emails....feel like I’ve been scammed....

Has been over 2 weeks since making my purchase. No response to my emails to their customer service team querying when to expect delivery and the contact number on their website is for a cosmetic/beauticians.
Everything about them now suggest complete scam.
