This company is a scam! They sent me an email saying I was one of the winners could purchase for free, only 4.99 processing fee. Sure! I went ahead and buy it. A pop up said if I want to upgrade and download it in colors because the 4.99 is only black and white but no where it showed the price, I thought if I click on it it will show me price somewhere and ask me to click agree. Instead, I got charged with 49.99 instantly. What a scam. I emailed their support and no response. I will go directly to my bank because I am done dealing with these scammers.

I believed what I was purchasing was a complete busy book that would be posted to me. Turns out that they only provide digital files, not physical busy books. To add to the deception I didn’t even receive the digital copy of what I purchased. I will be taking my complaints further through the appropriate measures until I either receive what I paid for or a full refund for what I didn’t receive.

I wish I had looked up reviews before purchasing.

I bought what was advertised as an “Educational Kids Activity Bundle.” The product advertising prominently shows a completed, bound busy book with interactive/Velcro pieces, including an animated image where someone physically flips through and uses the finished book. I already own a similar busy book, so that is specifically what interested me in this product.

After purchasing, my order even showed “On its way” with a delivery truck icon and a “Track order with Shop” button, further reinforcing the impression that a physical product was being shipped.

What I actually received was a collection of digital files that I would need to print, cut out and assemble myself. I also have not been able to locate some of the activities shown in the animated product advertisement in the files I received.

What really bothered me, though, was the refund experience. Their website advertises a Money Back Guarantee, including alongside information about their digital products. When I asked them to honor that guarantee, they repeatedly responded that digital products cannot be refunded. I specifically asked them to explain what their advertised Money Back Guarantee covers if their digital products are non-refundable. They never answered the question. I just kept receiving essentially the same canned response about accessing my files.

I eventually disputed the charge with American Express, provided screenshots of the advertising and order information, and American Express credited me and closed the dispute.

I’m writing this because I wish I had seen a review like this before purchasing. Screenshot the advertising and refund guarantee if you have already ordered, and be aware that you are receiving digital files—not the assembled busy book prominently depicted in the advertising.

This company is spam. It is deceptive in it's marketing and advertising and they ensure you aren't able to get a refund. Their product comes in the form of a download but they make you believe you will receive a tangible product. I threw money away and would never recommend this company. They are not reputable!

I have not received my order. It was placed 7 6 2026. I would like to hear from you. You took money out of my checking account

This company is fraudulent. They do not provide a phone number to contact them for a reason. You can only email for any issues. I tried to purchase the free downloadable bundle, which you still have to pay a $7 processing fee. They add a bunch of other adds ons you have to be careful and delete if you dont want them. Go to next page and you find they add another $70 bundle to your cart. They use sneaky words like proceed to payment, or delete. I clicked proceed to payment before realizing they added ANOTHER THING to my cart! I had my credit card saved in the Shop app, and it instantly showed me my receipt. I feel like they were sneaky with it and blind sided me. I tried contacting them with no response. What a waste of time!

They provide digital only files. No activity sheets. It is a scam. Do not purchase.

Do not fall for this scam of a product, was not stated that it was a digital pdf that you have to print and prepare yourself, was charged postage to find out its not a physical binder, i have contacted them multiple times and been ignored, SUCH HIGH PRICES AND STUPID CHARGES FOR PAPER THAT YOU HAVE TO SPEND MONEY AND PRINT. Please dont fall for it like i did

I gave them a I'm 1 rating but that's only because they do have a Zero. 0-. They had me buy some coins or something and said I could cash out immediately after. That was a 14.99 lie. Stay away from the app if you don't want to give your money away. Time's are to hard to give money away.

Never received any of the items I paid for. Says they were on their way over a month ago and have never been delivered.

The product name and demonstration video are intentionally misleading and do not state that this is a digital-only item. Despite my complaints, the owner refused to issue a refund. The price is outrageously high for a simple document.

Save your money and do not get fooled. This business is built on misleading parents. Avoid at all costs!"

Company is a bunch of scammers. My wife was told this was going to be a binder sent to us. They charged us for shipping and then sent a digital download. Wife requested a full refund multiple times and finally had to dispute the credit card charge because they would not refund. Scammers and Losers, stay far away.

I saw the ad on Facebook and I have 3 grandchildren, 2 of which would benefit greatly of the product shown.

I was charged for shipping as well. They then proceeded to send me a download of the pages you see in the kid's workbook. I have sent them an email immediately after receiving the download stating that I was mislead and requested a refund. We shall wait and see.
Please, Please, Please, be smarter than I just was and read the reviews before you buy. I guess it was still early and I wasn't thinking straight as I usually always read the reviews first.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ITS A SCAM. This is a scam and fake company. They are cheating people by saying they will send you stuff they won’t send anything nor will refund your money.

This company is running a scam! Dont purchase anything from them.
They advertise physical busy books but then send you links to download and make it yourself. Don't be fooled!
They have no real products despite the various videos on their website or what customer support tells you.

This is a total SCAM. They don’t ship a physical product, just email you the pdf.

I had no idea that this was not a physical book that you get in the mail. When I was ordering, I accidentally ordered 2 pages of 4 different pages, which makes no sense, because you end up finding out that everything is a PDF. And they will not refund you. The whole thing is basically a scam with a sob story that they are closing, which I hope they are. My husband is calling the bank this morning to dispute the charge.

The ads was misleading. It feels like a scam almost. Don’t buy anything from their website.
