Brilliant course (Menopause Wellness Practitioner) it is thorough, in depth and clear. Well rounded information which gives you the confidence to get out there with your practice. Very professional and interactive. Laura and Claire are both passionate and very knowledgable. I am loving my studying with Functional Wellness!

Coaching course. Lots of insights gained from the practical element what is required, consent, paperwork, admin to skills required to be able to do the coaching, seeing it in action and also the opportunity to put it into action on a regular basis to learn and improve. The feedback from other people on the course and teachers is really helpful too.

I've known Claire and Laura for some years so knew I was in safe hands. What I didn't know was the depth of light and dark exploration we would dive into. Utterly life changing and totally enhancing. This takes self development and self love to an expansive space, held in a beautiful, safe way by these incredible women. If you are choosing to make changes in your life, choose this College, their training and this retreat.

Be prepared to have your mind blown on a personal and professional level.

You'll explore the many different aspects of physical and emotional health; the interconnections between ill health and lifestyle, and then explore how some of the history health policy and modern medicine actually contribute to many of the issues. this sounds huge, and it is, but it's broken down into smaller manageable sections until your ready to put it all together.

The in person courses have a mix of theory and practical, and well as time to ask questions, group discussion alongside time for reflection.

I am currently doing The Functional Wellness Practitioner course, and it is amazing!!! It covers Nutrition, Anatomy and Physiology, Blood Sugars, Stress, Immune System, Digestion and Hormones.
Also included is Business and Marketing and Coaching.

I have also just come back from the Reclaim Your Life retreat in Devon, which helps you to unpick your behaviours and conditioning and learn to deal with your emotions. I have learnt skills for life, and feel like I can finally be the person I want to be.

Laura and Claire are amazing tutors and their knowledge of the subjects and their expertise is second to none. They inspire me so much and I would recommend the courses to anyone.

The functional kinesiology course was powerful on both a professional level and personally. I learnt tools and techniques that could meet people where they are at and empower positive health and wellbeing shifts. Specialising in blood sugars, stress, hormones, immunity and digestion, we were given protocols that were easy to follow and resources that we can continue to access to support ourselves and our clients along the way. I would highly recommend this course.

I am so thankful i did the Functional Kinesiology practitioner training it is life changing and has taken my work as a therapist to a whole new level.

I have taken many training courses with this college. Kinesiology, Hormone modality and others. I have also been on the retreat. My experience with them has been great. Their understanding of what they teach, and the way it is taught was easy and fun. The retreat was awesome, if you want to help discover who you are and start peeling away the layers that have bound you to not moving forward for me was perfect. I know this is an ongoing as we go through our lives but on the retreat we learnt how to deal with these emotions.
