Just to update everyone on what happened: I did not trade today, but someone traded gold on my account and caused me to hit the maximum daily drawdown. My MT account number was publicly visible in Discord, and the trading password was the same for everyone, so I believe someone accessed my account.

I contacted support, but they didn’t properly resolve the issue. My account was banned because of the trades I didn’t make. They later reactivated it, saying they found no proof of unauthorized access.

I’m sharing this so everyone is aware, because this could potentially happen to other users as well.

Requested my payout on the 10th of September, still not received. It isn’t even a major payout, don’t know why they don’t pay out. Avoid firm at all cost.

Its been weeks now, im doing challenge and when major news came they sayd there servers are down. Couldnt trade on that. All the upgrading verifications etc take weeks its just they waisting time and trying to get ur money. Dont ever buy any challenge.

Funded X had a good run, however since then has gone downhill. Support has been terrible, my account has had positions rejected even with sufficient margin. Support closed my ticket after suggesting to "try 0.01 lot size" and didn't want to escalate the issue further. Save your money and avoid them

I've been dealing with a serious unresolved issue with FundedX for over a week now with no real resolution in sight. On September 1st, my account failed to reset at 6 AM as scheduled. I took a few trades afterward, not realizing there was a system error, and my account was immediately flagged as "breached."

Since then, support (Jhoan, Lavish) has repeatedly told me this is a "technical issue affecting MT5 connectivity and trade execution" and that my account metrics "remain secure while maintenance is underway." I've received the exact same copy-paste response multiple times across multiple days, with zero actual resolution. When I finally asked for an email escalation, I was just redirected back to the same email support that had already been unresponsive.

It's been days of "we're working on it" with no concrete timeline, no explanation of what actually happened, and no fix to my account status — despite the breach clearly being caused by their own system failure, not my trading.

If you're considering a funded account provider, be aware that when something goes wrong on their end, you may be the one left holding the consequences while support strings you along with generic updates.

Over the span of 5 weeks, 1 of those weeks I was actually able to trade, the other 4 I couldn’t trade due to fundedX not paying their bills and let their broker license with TradeLocker expire, was told the whole time in their discord that their “working on it and it’ll soon be able to trade” for weeks and nothing ever happens, now every chat in the discord doesn’t work, can’t ask for help, the website doesn’t work either in regards to asking for assistance.. but hey! You can still buy their accounts fine and they’re having a whopping 60% off this week! How good

Overall, deserves less than 1 star but it’s the minimum.

The owner of the firm said this week that a whole revamp is coming but time will tell.. history repeats itself too often

I requested a payout as i met the 14 day trading rule without any breaches. Which they took 2 weeks to tell me i breached the 15% rule. Don't waste your time go with a proven prop firm.

Stay away from this propfirm , asked for payout and email received after a week that consistency rule has not been met , although I understand this rule , on the dashboard it shows as trade score is passed , theres no consistency rule . If i knew consistency rule not met yet , i would have kept trading till its met : STAY AWAY

FundedX instantly put my 2-lot gold trade $302 in drawdown through an excessive spread, closed it within 34 seconds and breached my account—stay away.

Had to wait 30 hours to receive my account. Customer support is awful and unhelpful. I got my very first 2 payouts denied due to hidden rules. Definitely dont recommend. Save your money

I purchased an instant funding account and really like the dashboard and TradeLocker platform. However, my first payout request has been pending for 5 days. Customer service informed me that there is no status update available yet. My experience has been good so far, and I hope to get an update soon.Thank you.

If I could rate negative I would. I have had over 22k rejected in payouts and everytime has been some different excuse. I have not broken rules and they just make up an excuse to not payout save yourself time and money and avoid. Even when you follow the rules and display exceptional risk management, they will not pay. Try other firms I promise you they are a huge SCAM and should be shut down

Gave this firm a 2nd try after they re-opened, maybe this was NOT the right decision, I requested a payout on July 1st and now I'm still waiting for ANY feedback and it's July 29th... this is unacceptable, I've been super patient, followed all the rules, followed up with their staff team and got told to be patient atleast 20 times, I didn't want to leave this review, but 28 days and counting... it's not acceptable..

If I get paid, I will more than happy share my updated review, but for now a 2-star is more than what my experience is worth as of now.

There is no improvement in this company, is just a scam in my opinion and im not the only one saying that. Been deny my payment after 8 acc bought, I finally got one in profit on turbo challenge and ask for withdrawal and guess what, denyed because of some hidden rules. Waist of time and money. Stay away from them. They will flooded you with promos to buy acc but when they have to pay you will be always a hidden rule. Don't do my mistake, stay away.

Passed a FundedX Instant evaluation. Dashboard confirmed payout eligibility. The moment I requested payout, the account was flagged for "Account Sharing - multiple IPs connected to account".
I am the only user of the account. The IPs were my iPhone and iPad on my own home Wi-Fi, which is ordinary multi device behaviour and produces different IPs.
I sent a formal dispute on 8 July asking for one thing: the specific IP addresses and timestamps they relied on. I offered device details and ISP records to prove it. No response. Sent a follow up on 12 July with a deadline. No response to that either.
FundedX states publicly that whenever there is a breach they always provide clear and detailed evidence so traders understand exactly what happened. They also advertise a 24-hour payout guarantee. I have had nine days of silence and two unanswered emails.
Everything worked until the moment I asked to be paid.

The biggest scammer Prop Firm I have ever seen, there are so many hidden rules they have and half of the rules are not even mentioned on their website and If we ask to customer support they will also not discuss any of the rules properly, just wishing all the best all the time and halting our accounts for no reasons. If everything goes well then they will say you have copy pasted the trades just because they dont have to give big payouts. Fundedx is waste of time guys, do not trust that Prop Firm and do not waste your time.
