I was satisfied with IMS but I've been waiting for over a month for my credit. Below I'll list the of their Pros and Cons

Poor Customer Service
Once payoff is done you don't get nowhere near the same amount of attention as you do as a new customer or time for a renewal
I was ready to do a new loan but unfortunately Ian and Daniel don't get back to me as Dorleny use to. I'm still waiting from an email a month ago to be resolved. Buyer beware!!!!!
