I found the website easy to use. I ordered a large portrait and bookmarks and was shocked at how fast they arrived. I ordered them late one evening and it was shipped the next day. About 2.5 days total. They also put a sticker on the package that says it’s for a funeral, it’s urgent to deliver. Really appreciated that. The portrait and bookmarks turned out lovely. Thought it was a little expensive but overall, I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend this company. It was actually too good to be true and I highly recommend them. The cards are beautiful and the blankets were of great quality BUT WHEN MY DAUGHTER SAID THEY WERE CREEPY SO I TURNED THEM OVER AND MY CAT LIKES THE SOFTNESS. NO ONE WILL SIT ON THE BLANKETS BECAUSE THEY DONT WANT TO SIT ON MY HUBBY OF 55 YEARS. They ARE beautiful.

The overall process required a considerable amount of customer involvement and would have benefited from clearer instructions at the outset, particularly before the submission process began. Payment was required prior to any work being initiated. After payment, all written information and photographs had to be uploaded page-by-page through the company portal, which was very time-consuming.

The submitted materials were used to create a prototype for review and approval. My initial prototype contained several minor punctuation and formatting errors, which I found surprising. I was also later informed via email that additional pages were needed to accommodate the information and photographs submitted, resulting in additional charges.

It is important to note that each revised prototype incurred an added fee, even in situations where corrections had been previously marked but overlooked. Throughout the process, I had to initiate numerous calls to the company, and eventually my calls were not being answered. However, I was able to reach staff by calling from a different phone number.

In conclusion, despite the challenges experienced during the process, the final product was good.

I made an error and this was corrected . I was given a 50% discount on my correct order which h was appreciated. Staff was vert friendly and understanding.

Everything was made to my satisfaction. Also the finish and style of the card was impressive. Thank you.
