Mr Luke James was professional from the…
Mr Luke James was professional from the word go. He explained everything in laymen terms from start to finish, he answered all my questions regarding the procedure and not in a cold, detached tone but like we were old friends having a blether. I paid in full that day and have no worries now about my family having to deal with funeral arrangements. I would say I would deal with them again but don’t think I’m coming back again 😊

just what you need , No hidden extras
very pleasant person to talk to and discuss my needs. they explained to me exactly what is included in the package which was a just cremation only plan . No hidden extras what a lot of cheaper companies add on . All sorted my children have no worries now when we pass,

EXCELLENT SERVICE
Your association Varney was excellent. When I first contacted he answered all my questions professionally and made my ability to compare with other companies. His follow up emails were courteous without being over bearing like some companies. Overall Joe made the complete process very easy and Im confident in my purchase.
