Poor service
Ordered and paid for an Apple Watch to then be told not in stock would send a different strap to compensate, watch arrives and wrong size. Emailed them to inform them wrong size been sent with proof of order and not even acknowledged my email poor service

When you originally placed your order, we contacted you to let you know that the denim blue strap was out of stock. At that point, we offered two options — to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or to proceed with an alternative.
You mentioned that the denim blue strap was unavailable everywhere, so I suggested sending you the Apple Watch Series 10 with the black strap first, and then sending the denim blue strap separately once it became available. As a goodwill gesture, we agreed to provide the additional strap at no extra cost, giving you both the black and the blue options you wanted. You confirmed you were happy to go ahead.
You initially selected the medium–large strap size, but later asked us to send the small–medium instead. We made that change immediately and shipped the correct size as requested.
All steps were completed exactly according to your confirmations and agreed changes.
