Funkybunkbeds Avis

My boys new bunk bed is brilliant, they absolutely love it. Top quality and will last for many years to come. Really happy with the customer service, made how I wanted it to fit the bedroom, and so glad I chose to have them put it together for me. The guys were in and out so quickly. I would definately recommend this company.

From start to finish we were given so much help and guidance on our purchase and specific alterations we needed. Worth every penny. The two men who delivered and made up the bed were so polite, friendly and personable and were so lovely. Would highly recommend, excellent customer care and service from start to finish form multiple members of staff. Thanks again

what an amazing experience I’ve had for my girls new room before Christmas the bed just makes the whole room look amazing! The quality and look of this bed is just wonderful I can’t wait to use this company again and I definitely will be! Staff were great from start to finish! Absolutely 100 percent reccomend using this company if you haven’t already I have been telling everyone about them! Thanks again love love love my girls bed x

Our twin high sleeper with full underneath storage bed is ABSOLUTELY amazing. My two boys love it! The storage is massive just what two growing boys need 😍 Delivery and assembly was fast and efficient also. 100% recommend!

Can’t recommend this company enough, so hard to find double on double bunk beds that are sturdy but still give you space. The stairs are wonderful and neat and don’t take up space like a huge ladder on some of them we looked at and measured. Also much safer during the night when the toilet calls for little ones.
Bed made on delivery taking away all the hassle and done so quickly and efficiently and taking the rubbish with them. The mattresses I also ordered with the company are firm and comfortable better than my own !

Great communication through out via Facebook. Well worth the money!

Thank you funky beds !

We had a specialist safety bed made for our daughter who has global developmental delay. The service we received was phenomenal. The bed was assembled in less than an hour to a very high stand, it has been a game changer and left us her mum and dad with the peace of mind that she is safe at bed time.

Excellent company! Would recommend to anyone.
Great communication and answered my many questions quickly!
The guys who came to fit it were brilliant, really friendly, polite and cleaned up after they finished! Would 100% use again!
Thanks x

I approached funky bunk beds because they advertised bespoke beds for awkward room layouts in our case a stair box. Comms with the company (kelsey) was excellent. I provided all the measurements and they did the rest.... design/ delivery and installation. The bed really makes the room so much more functional and my lad loves it.

Absolutely fantastic company from the moment I ordered to the moment it was assembled. When ordering I asked if shelving could be added and wasn’t a problem I would 100% recommend funky beds to everyone the bunk beds I ordered are very sturdy and well built . Plus I have two very happy girls they absolutely love it so thank you .

Great service from start time finish. Payment plans are available too which makes it even easier to get the bed you want. Once delivery was organised, there was constant communicatin to myself and my partner which was very welcome. The bed arrived and was built by 2 experts who were friendly and have done a fantastic job. I highly recommend

Really fast delivery to the (south east) area great communication throughout! And the boys assembled the beds so quick

We’ve ordered a bunk bed for our girl’s bedroom, it was so easy to choose what we wanted, I picked the delivery date, Funky beds were very understanding and done everything to suit us. Bed looks just like we’ve imagined and is very sturdy and slick. Great quality!

Highly recommend!

Absolutely love the bunk bed. Very sturdy and solid piece of furniture. Amazing service, and fast delivery. Polite man who fitted the bed. Will deffo be ordering again! Xx

Really nice bed. Kids love it. Best option for a triple bed solution for us. Really pleased they could build it for us. Pain free delivery service.

The ordering process was simply and easy. I was able to secure a delivery date that was suitable for us.
The delivery on the day was fairly late, didn’t arrive until gone 5pm and it was after 6.30pm when they had finished assembly my children usually go to bed around 6.30/7. I then had to make all the beds to be able to get them to bed.

So other than a later than ideal delivery everything has been fabulous. Communication throughout was good.

Our bed has arrived made to measure in fits the room beautifully.

We ar very please

Great product however areas of the bed is not to the standard that was expected, no response to the last email sent, poor customer service which is a great shame as they have great products if not rushed

Great company to deal with. Ordered a specially adapted bed for my son who needed a safe enclosed bed to keep him safe at night. Took our measurements, colour requests, came and built it, excellent strong sturdy bed. Also gave us a pot of spare paint for any touch ups needed in future. The bed is still going strong 4 years on, we recently moved and they gave us instructions how to dismantle the bed and build up again in our new house. So pleased with it thank you 💙

First of all I’d like to thank the team for their hard work!

I ordered triple sleeper (M shape) and paid upfront cost… within the week I realised the bed wouldn’t fit in my children’s room (I didn’t check, I’m one of these I’ll make it work people🤦🏽‍♀️) I messaged the team via messenger to which they quickly changed my design to an online triple sleeper, after the team had been and fitted the bed I noticed a default (I’m VERY a picky🙄) I messaged the team as this was a few hours after the guys had already left, they came back out at their earliest convenience to change the whole bed for me in order the highly quality standards they have for their customers orders. This wasn’t a two minute job as they had to dismantle and rebuild the new one and I’m just outside Edinburgh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 the team were very fast, understanding and just fantastic. Amazing customer service, fab quality furniture! I highly recommend funky bunk beds limited, great prices, fantastic team! I’ll definitely use them again! Thank you!

Answered any and all questions, helped with measurements. Sturdy beds and good quality. Did have a few issues but it was rectified quickly. The boys love their beds and I love the storage. Thanks 😊
