Poor quality item hatched same day- nothing like description
Poor quality item hatches same day, kids were excited to watch the dinasour grow and hatch over time but nothing like that happened.

Previously used and broken.
The product arrived and had clearly been previously used with broken plastic and pen marks around the pen holder. Although I could connect it to the WiFi it couldn't move and I would think that what ever had happened to it has damaged it's gears. I am hoping I can return it and get a full refund but so far no one has answered my phone calls.
