The John Deere ugly sweater was a fun and original Christmas gift for my husband. It arrived on time and fit perfectly. I would recommend this company to others and would not hesitate to order from them again.

Communication on shipping during holidays is so critical and this company lived up to it. The product came on time and was high quality and a big hit at my company holiday party!!!

The team designed, produced and shipped in record time. I needed my sweater in time for my company Christmas party and they went above and beyond to make my sweater on time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

They took money from my account and said that the transaction failed.

Update: They have reached out to me. They are supposedly processing my order. I will update once I receive the sweater, but looking at the reviews on here, it looks like I might not🫤.

Final Update: We received the sweater, but it came in the wrong color. Other than the color, it was exactly what I expected. I wish it didn't have to take me writing a bad review and demanding a refund to get the sweater, but here we are. I would not suggest buying from this company. They have awful customer service that will only respond in the early morning hours (1am-7am). When the initial transaction error happened, I COULD NOT get in touch with anyone. It scared me, and I believed that my money was gone forever. So, if you can over look the customer service issues, and you are willing to fight for what you paid for, you would be okay buying a sweater. Otherwise, I would not suggest it.

My sweater arrived faster than expected, the material is great, and the sizing is in US sizing. I've ordered from other companies and it's always a guess about sizing!

I ordered 4 matching pajama sets back on November 17th, I’ve now sent 3 emails and a text to the number they supply and have received no response even though they state a response will come in 24-48 hours. Not sure what the issue is but as of now no customer service at all and no items delivered!

Brilliant sweater that my son loved. They went above and beyond in customer service. Although I had express shipping it was still due to possibly arrive too late for my son's event. They were very responsive to my emails though, with friendly support and doing what they could. My son had the sweater for his event and got a lot of compliments on it. Definitely recommend.

We had received the incorrect sweater however once I contacted customer support they responded quickly and are sending the new sweater. Unfortunately it’s going to be late probably for our party I ordered it for but there’s always next year! I appreciate the good customer service and I would definitely order from them again.

I am absolutely blown away by this company! We live in a time where the customer is no longer always right and most of the time we get screwed by these mail order companies. But not FunnyUglyChristmasSweater, these guys are the real deal! I ordered a sweater and I wasn’t 100% happy with it (there was a little mix up on the sweater color I approved, and without hassle or any problems they rectified the problem and sent me the sweater that I ultimately wanted! They weren’t happy until I was. I cannot say enough great things about this sweater, this company and their team of caring professionals. Rest assured you will love your sweater, they have totally earned my trust and respect and I will definitely buy more sweaters in the future! You should not order from this site. This is definitely a scam site and don’t have a customer service phone number or text. Tried asking about when it will ship but never got a response about it. Don’t order from here.

An amazing jumper

I wondered how quickly my personally designed jumper would be and it took no time at all and even had a design discussion as well. Will use these guys again for sure. The sizes are true to size as well. I ordered a 4XL thinking I'm quite big and it was too big even for me!! the customer services team were super helpful and let me get another one at more my size at 50% discount too. The pictured one is the one that's too big, I'll update when I get the 3XL version, but these guys are great. Will use again for sure.

This sweater is literally my favorite thing! I love it! It’s true to size and quality material. Very soft and comfortable. Shipping time was ok, but well worth the wait! I’ll be a returning customer for sure :)

My experience with this company has been nothing but positive. Aside from the high quality of the actual merchandise I ordered (a wonderful Taylor Swift-themed Christmas sweater), the customer service offered was absolutely top notch. After I ordered the product, my package got lost at customs (through no fault of the seller, to be clear), but Funny Ugly Christmas Sweater's customer service was amazing and they immediately offered to send me another sweater free of charge. I would 100% shop here again, 10/10 would recommend.

I needed new Christmas sweaters in 2023 because who doesn't want funny ugly Christmas sweaters. So I decided to visit funnyuglychristmassweater.com again (yes i ordered there before) and found some pretty nice Christmas sweaters which made it hard to decided because I wanted more than just two but my wardrobe is bursting so had to choose 2 and that was "Happy Holigays" and "The Mandalorian and Grogu" because 😍😍😍
I live in Europe so I didn't expect the sweaters to arrive on time for Christmas but the shipping was swiftly. The customer service informed me that my color choice of one of the sweaters was not available in Europe and let me decide a different color. And even with this short delay my sweaters were on time and I wore them at Christmas 🥰
I really recommend funnyuglychristmassweaters.com because they have a lot of different sweaters, styles and other stuff for Christmas. My experience was great so far. If I'm in need for a new Christmas sweater this year (which I probably am) I'll check out the new styles or just buy the ones on my wishlist!
