I cant believe anyone would give than more than a zero star.
This is a fraudulent company and I have started court proceedings to get my money from them.
I ordered 2 coffee tables, only one was delivered and this was damaged.
They ignore emails and voicemail is full so you can’t speak or leave a message.
BE WARNED, Don’t order from them as this is a fraudulent company.

I would give a no star if possible! Where to start with this company firstly they don’t stock anything they sell it all comes from the retailers directly I purchased a item to be told it wasn’t in stock but was offered a alternative (that was the same as the one I purchased but there was a price difference of £200) so I was already £950 in at this point so I paid the difference.

Yes I did get my item but this was only due to me contacting the company that was selling me the item directly. Furco cannot give you a delivery time or slot as they do not deliver the item themselves they are a glorified showroom and that’s it they don’t stock or supply any items they just showcase other retailers and make a profit save yourself hassle and go to the seller directly

Same as someone else said I tried to call multiple times a day at one point to be ignored or hung up on this isn’t a credited company I wish I had read the reviews before hand I wouldn’t of ever used this company lessons learned

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I ordered and paid over £500 for a table which on order confirmation stated that it would be delivered within 7-10 days. DON'T BELIEVE THEM!
1 month, 3 emails and multiple calls later I still have no information.

This company is a fraud/scam. I have ordered 1 item and they have over charged me which I am pretty certain is illegal to take more money out of a customers account than they actually authorised to pay? I have the email confirmation with the total and they have taken a totally different amount of money out of my account which is a lot more expensive. I emailed several times with no response, ignored on whatsapp and you cannot get through on the phone as it won't connect and just says mailbox full. I have never experienced this before from any other company, I have had absolutely zero contact for over a month so I have now taken this matter further with my bank. Disgusting to do this to families at Christmas and I will NEVER use this company again and hopefully enough people will see all these terrible reviews and completely AVOID.

This company have been appalling. I placed an order on 4th December but have heard nothing since. I don't know if they're incompetent or just plain dishonest. Don't waste your money ordering from them. I've emailed them 4 times without success. Absolutely furious.

Fraudulent company as many others have said. Ordered fine and they happily took my money then emailed a few days later to say not available and refund will be issued. No refund issued a month later. They do not answer emails. Their number goes to a voicemail inbox which is full and they don’t call back.

Once I got ahold of them and was met with the most unprofessional wimp on the other end. After about 2 solid minutes of silence after having given all of the details I demanded to know what the hell he was doing: “S-s-sorry I was j-just getting up your details, please please bear with me. I-I-I don’t know why the refund hasn’t been processed I’ll process again.” Better acting from primary school kids, give up the act

This is totally a SCAM, not sure how no any government agency has taken any action. They have manipulated Trustpilot by reviewing themselves with higher ratings. These guys need to be in the prison.

This is for sure a scam company. I have contacted customer service before order, they told me a bed is in stock and will be delivered in 5 days. 10 days after no one contact me. They don't respond to emails or phone. After another 10 days got replay they don't have it on stock and it due in January . 3 months after I have ordered. I have asked to refund my money and no one responded. I dispute transaction via PayPal so hopefully will get money back, but that is more than 2 months later and unnecessary stress. Please dont order here.

We purchased two items from this company via their website, after 3 weeks of no correspondence of to when delivery would take place we tried contacting them, by email and phone we have not had a reply to our emails nor can you get through by phone (mailbox 200 full) we paid via Clearpay who we have contacted to find that it is not their problem and to contact the seller which I find a bit strange.
Another odd thing, after raising a complaint with Furco and trying access the website after the complaint was sent it goes directly to a Chinese website flagging up that this is a malicious site.
PLEASE AVOID DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM THIS WEBSITE WILL SCAM YOU.

UPDATE 21/12/2024
Order cancelled and full refund of the money paid via Clearpay.

The day after ordering a console table, the 'company' informed me that my item was no longer available but they had taken my money and so would organise a refund. This didn't happen. No emails, WhatsApp messages or phone calls were answered. Fortunately for me, PayPal refunded me after taking up a dispute.
I certainly would not use this website again.

I ordered two expensive heaters, paid my first instalment, waited over two weeks and nothing. Tried emailing, calling, live on line chat, nothing. Now trying to cancel my order and get the money back and can’t at the moment.
The fact that no one replies to anything on any platforms makes me believe this is a scam. I would advice not to buy from here, even though it is a little cheaper, pay a bit more and save yourself the time and hassle. Plus you won’t get ripped off

I don’t even want to give this company 1 star. The worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I placed my order and paid for it on their website in October, only to be contacted by WhatsApp (which I found very unprofessional and thought was a scam) to say they don’t have the item I ordered even though their website allowed me to order and pay for it. I tried to contact them via email to say I would like a refund if they can’t fulfil my order. Heard nothing back, multiple emails, nothing, even tried to message on the WhatsApp too, nothing. Over two weeks later I finally got an email saying they will do a refund, another week later still no refund. Tried contacting again, nothing response, no answer on phone number on site. A week later a response saying, we will look into this but a refund “should” have already been issued. It hasn’t, once again, multiple emails with no response, here I am over a month later with no idea where my money is and no response. I feel like I’ve been scammed. I’m now going to take this further as it is causing a lot of stress when all I wanted was some bedroom furniture! I can’t afford to order it elsewhere as I need the money to do this. Do not shop here!

Actually, I think Furco doesn’t worth one star, I bought something in Furco 10days ago, but still waiting for the product now. I’ve tried to contact the hotline, nobody answered the phone. I’ve e-mailed to the sales team, nobody responded. No follow up. What can I do now? I am so disappointed and feel frustrated. Don’t buy from Furco. I just want to get back my money now.

Should be no stars.. Item out of stock, no refund, email sent after email still no reply or refund. Stay clear of this company

Has anyone received goods from this company or ever got a refund????

I have been calling constantly.
No/one ever picks up.
Zero customer service.
I would urge people never to order from them.

Just don’t. Take your money promise a delivery. Day before shipping no stock. Offer a refund week later no refund then they have the item so will ship. Guess what they don’t. Don’t answer the phone terrible customer service. Now have to wait a month for PayPal to issue refund as client has not initiated

Ordered a set of drawers. No delivery update after 3 weeks and no communication with the company after 3 emails. Company does not accent phone calls. Impossible to gain contact with them. I’ve requested a refund through PayPal and now have to wait a month before I can get my money back. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Don't use this company! Take your money and no delivery After 3 weeks when it says deliver in 7 days. Trying to contact them is impossible. Can't cancel my order now. :(

I made two orders on the 20th October and heard nothing since, I've chased by e mail and no response. I've also called and was told it's in stock from next week. Still heard nothing , re sent an e mail asking for a refund and no reply. Now I have to call my cc company and get them to recall the charge.

I didn't buy anything yet because of the bad reviews. So just to double-check the suspicion, I called them. The answering machine said from the outset: "This mailbox is full and cannot accept any further messages."
Yup...looks like a scam online shop with no customer services....
Customer care is also useless as they claim you have to solve the problem with the branch.
