Did not fulfill my order

Did not fulfill my order, not explanation. When I contacted them they just cancelled my order, no mention of why or a refund. When I contacted them about a refund, they said they processed it (3 times), not a penny received back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Terrible customer service. Avoid.

I had a very similar experience to a previous reviewer. Ordered drawer runners on 1st Jan - received anorder confirmation. Website said shipping 5 business days. Received nothing for over a week, emailed office, got a response saying we'll check with Evri - they clearly had not dispatched. Had to chase multiple times. Eventually requested a refund (one month after ordering) - 5 days later they shipped the item I no longer need as I have bought and installed the product from elsewhere. Now waiting for my refund. Completely appalling customer service.

If you have call your bank and do a chargeback

You will not recieve any items

This is a scam website.
Like everyone else leaving a one star review, they followed the same process with me.
Take payment, leave a notification it’s being processed with a courier and then that’s it.
No pick ups on the phone and no replies to emails

Avoid – parcel never received, no response
Ordered from this company and never received my parcel. When I contacted them, they blamed Evri and said they were “checking with the courier”. I was told they could send a replacement parcel, but after that I received no further updates at all.
I followed up multiple times asking whether my original parcel had been located or when a replacement would be sent – complete radio silence. Emails ignored and phone calls go unanswered despite repeated attempts.
It feels like they just keep delaying and then stop responding altogether. Based on my experience and reading other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. Very poor communication and customer service. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Terrible customer service

Used them a few years ago for drawer runners and they were top class. Ordered again in November and no sign of a delivery. No tracking number provided and the same excuse as other people have been given "evri are to blame" I asked for another set to be sent and still nothing and they then ignored me until I threatened to use credit card charge back. Will not use again!

Product didn't show up

Product didn't show up, had to chase them all the time. Told they would send a replacement, still nothing, now gone radio silent and no one answered the phone.

This company is a scam. Nothing arrives after taking payment. No working telephone. No email response.
Just look at other reviews on other sites .

Disappointed

Disappointed. The item only arrived after two weeks and only because I had to chase it up. When it finally arrived the measurements were not as described and it didn’t fit as expected. The seller did not offer any solution and stopped responding to my messages. Luckily, PayPal was able to resolve the issue. I would not buy from this seller again.

The order never arrived

The order never arrived! I ordered it in July 2025. Reported to Furnica office and they said the parcel has been lost/undelivered by Evri. I asked for tracking number and they ignored me.

Quick check - Evri never had my parcel, there was no parcel, they are scammers!

Bank has refund the money and investigation has been taken by authorities.

Since Aug/Sep I am receiving awkward and scam text messages, emails and nuisance calls. I think they pass details to other scamming groups.

Steer Clear

There is no way of contacting this business, phone lines are never answered neither are emails. Incorrect items sent - items not sent. No refunds, no replies - not even sure if this is a legit business

Ordered items never arrived

Ordered items never arrived. Claimed evri had lost the parcel but weren’t able to share any tracking / shipment info for me to chase. Were clearly lying / fobbing me off. Wish I’d checked here before purchasing from Furnica! Caused delays to a job which isn’t ideal. Avoid this company as everyone here has said!

My Experience of buying from Furnica

I bought some drawer slides and got a order confirmation. Waited about 1 month without any status updates or any updates at all. Sent a mail to them asking what happened to my items and tracking, The answer was that they was gonna contact the shipping company asking about what was my status of the package. Seemed strange since i never got a update that my items where sent or packed in the first place. Sent a new Email to them about 1 day later after that respond and canceled my order and requested a full refund. In the end i got my order canceled, and i received my money back in about 3 days after the order was canceled. Buy things at your own risk! and if you dont have rush getting your items or even getting them at all. Sad that i have to make a review like this.
