Doesn't answer when you ask about your shipment.

Scam! Didnt get my product i payed for

Scammers . Placed an order 25 November 2024 . Still no items , contacted the company many times , repeatedly told my order is at customs . It doesn’t take 8 months to ship anything from anywhere around the world . Stay away from ordering anything from here .

THIS IS A SCAM i have contacted them several times about my order and get told every time it is still in customs. Am now trying to get my money back.

I would give this company zero stars if I could.
I ordered an item 7 weeks ago & still not received it. All they do is palm me off with excuses.

This is a fraudulent company as I ordered a product at end of January and still have not received anything. No Waybill or ETA and they refuse to give refund. Stay away as they are a scam.

"DO NOT" buy anything from Furniwrench!!!!! Absolute "SCAM" Paid for promotional Tool chest & Dewalt Tools received an Order NO. Then paid for Express Shipping & Tracking NO. through the shop app! Which was where I was directed to track 1 B.S response email through Furniwrench support! People don't get sucked in! Mind boggling how these assholes are still getting away with this!

I ordered a cot bed since 10th January. It was supposed to arrive within 2 weeks but 2 months later, they are still giving stories about order being at customs. Do not waste your money and time

I ordered a tool chest with tools on the 14 of January 2025 and received an email to say that my order was confirmed and provided with an order number. On the 21 of January I received an email to say that my order was on its way, in the email it provided me with a link to track my order which asked me to download the shop app which I did but there was no tracking info. I then sent an email on the 10 of Febuary to their customer support address but have not had a reply. I dont care for the money I lost and they cant scam my card anymor than the original payment but I strongly advies not using this website, if I coukd give it less than a one star review I would. If I receive my order I am willing to change this review but it would still reflect my experience.

Scam site. Husband placed order in December and nothing has arrived. Customer service are responding but clearly making excuses as the wait just goes on…
