It can be difficult but don't give up as support will help
Well I started trying to switch to Fuse via Uswitch, as I found the tariff via their site so thought it reasonable to use them for the switch. However that wasn't such a good idea as not all the information made it across the link. The Fuse chat service is operated over email, and actually works quite well and is moved from agent to agent very well. I dealt with three different agents over the 24 hours, but my dealings with Sid resolved the issue in the end. Sid was very helpful and understanding and freely admitted when he need to get help from someone else. I find this very professional as he told me what was happening honestly without covering anything up.
